6:00pm (East Indian) Asian man asking if I was satisfied with my home services. I asked him specifically what he meant, even though I guessed, and he rattled off internet, phone, etc. Very heavy accent and was even difficult to understand him because he spoke so quickly skimming over who he represented, etc. He gave up very quickly though so still not sure if a scam or an annoying call fishing for business. Life is too short to waste on unsolicited calls, but I am stuck answering because I have a seasonal business. If I don't answer, they will keep calling me back and annoying me again.
Hate that we do not know if it is actually from that number/location plus no call display other than the number.

From Telus offering me a reduction in my bill from $128.00 to $100.00. I asked "What is the catch?" She said no catch, said she would email with details. The email was confirmation requesting Optik TV. It wasn't mentioned in the call, if it was I would have said "NO" Telus scamming me?

It's called Bait and Switch. They are crooks. If you are already with Telus, call and report this.

They are legit people selling Telus plan but seems to be scamming people. They say something on phone and give you different plan (for me they added TV plan for extra $130). This people Don't pick up the call or reply back on text. I was lucky to cancel my plan before 30days.
