    Sometime scammers just need to get you on the call or to answer to be able to hack you or get location or just to know that the line is active. Beware.

    Call back to the number got, "Thank you for calling, this is Adelai (?), Tell (?) or Dell (?) City Financial.  How may I help you?"  I asked her to repeat the name of the firm twice but still could not understand as she had a heavy French accent.  I called a second time in an attempt to get a different rep but got the same one...what luck!  Perhaps if you call, you'll be able to understand the accent.
