Agreed. Just got a call from this number... was Canadian Tire Mastercard.

I disagree. I've been getting calls from the supposed Canadian Tire credit card about a payment and they've called me from several different numbers for one. After talking to one he said he would lower my payments and make all these great deals for me he'd give me 6 months at 9% interest and then I said well you know and then he said I'll give it to you for 0% interest in this is after I confirmed all my information about my name and address and phone number and all that so I'm kind of worried about it it's not right I said okay I'll go for that deal and then he said well don't you want to think about it and maybe you should think about it and he wouldn't commit to writing it down you know sealing the deal he says okay I'll phone you back. It's not right and I made a payment so I was not late

Most definitely a scam. I’ve been getting these calls from “Canadian Tire Bank” from various numbers and they all have the same fake automated message clearly I didn’t fall for it because I’m not even with Canadian Tire to begin with and they asked me for my 16 digit credit card number then the automated message said if you don’t have a credit card number press “one” so I did and ended up talking to this lady whom thought I was stupid enough to believe this stuff. Anyways I proceeded to tell her that I will call the police about this because this is literally been going on for a week now while I’m at work. She got scared I could tell and she’s like let me try explaining something to you and that’s when I started going off on her she told me to stop cussing because I was obviously mad and I’m not stupid. She hungup the phone afterwards which I’m not surprised because I caught her red handed.

They call multiple times in a row. They also never leave a voicemail and Always hang up when I answer... Scam

Multiple calls. No messages. Answered one, said Canadian Tire bank. But I've also had multiple calls from different numbers, some cell, I've googled and yellow paged, and they come back as not existent
