    No voice when I picked up the phone - called back & got a recording stating it was the “Canadian Cancer Society,” which I highly doubt, because the CCS would have left a message.  This is a scam caller.  Block the number.

    This number calls constantly with no one online. Obviously a robo call waiting for a verbal pickup and will not leave a message. Didn't block to see if I could find out who was calling and do something about the constant phone harassment.

    Well, if you read the post just before yours, you'll find the answer.  Call back does, in fact, get "Hello, and thank you for calling Canadian Cancer Society.  You probably received a call from one of our team to share some recent updates of our mission and challenges.  We will call you back."  It goes on to ask for the number by which they contacted you.  If you do so, it gives you options including being removed from the contact list.
