Probably not the first two posters in this thread which is why they posted here.

No one wants to answer the phone anymore.  Call back gets "Hello, you've reached Strategic Communications.  We conduct research, fund raising and advocacy for not-for-profit clients."  It goes on to give you instructions for being removed from the current call list or the company wide call list.  Of course, numbers can be spoofed but this is likely your caller.

Scam caller asks for your yes reply confirming to your name, then does not speak and leaves you waiting on the line.  There are scams that record your voice and sentences to fraud your identity verification else where.

Scam phone call asks for your yes reply confirming to your name and identification information for the person they're looking for, but does not reply who they are calling from or what they want.  It's a scam and fraud caller.

Yes. But he asked for the person who owns this number. I replied he is here. Without saying anything more just hung up.

I typo. I replied he isn't here.

junk calls from this number; never leaves voice msg.  Same with 425-4299.
