did not answer, but knew it was a scam telemarketer of some kind.  If so important, they’d leave a message. But i have check on their phone number and found the following name wiggins adjustments ltd.
I just ignore them totally, but i do report them everytime.

They deserve to be fined for all their harassing phone calls almost daily & at all hours of the day & night.   Canada has laws against this type of telemarketing scam with financial penalties for the perpetrators.  I have reported these scammers Wiggins every time to the DNCL for months now & still they are phoning me.  When will DNCL finally take legal action against Wiggins Adjustments scammers?

They called me for the first time today and I got out my phone too late thinking it was a friend
However I didn't recognize the phone number so I searched it up. apparently It's Wiggins Adjustments Ltd and there were complaints so I just blocked them.

I have been getting almost daily messages from this telemarketer who leaves a message for me regarding "Important personal business for" another person!! They need to be cut off/prosecuted, imo.

They call, no message. Checked messages from other people,it looks like they are collections and aside from 604-546-0271, they may use other several numbers: 604-530-4977, 604-546-0322, 604-530-0211, 888-376-6611.

If you received a ticket for unpaid parking from Impark or other similar fake parking tickets (not a legit City ticket that you must pay), this is what happens. These characters will call you and leave either a number to call with a reference number, or if you do talk to them, they will tell you to pay. I did not answer, will never answer and will never pay. And guess what? Legally, not a dam thing they can do about it. Block this number or get a new unlisted number.

This number was a recording that informed me that I, and it used my name, owe Whistler Mountain $65.00.  I LIVE IN QUEBEC CITY, FOR [***] SAKES!

I have received many calls from 604-526-0271 as well and after I blocked this number on my iPhone (which does not stop the caller from reaching my voice mail), they started calling from different numbers.  If I do answer the call, all I get is a pre-recorded message asking for someone I have never heard of ("Hon Cheng" or something like that), and to do the following:
- to receive this message, press 1
- if this person is at home and can come to the phone, press 2
- if the person is not at home press 3
- to repeat these choices press the * key
I don't press 1, 2, or 3 as I have no idea who's calling.  They also provide a call-back number 888-376-6611 and a file number for reference.  I don't know how they got my number associated with "Hon Cheng" but it's really annoying that they keep calling me from different numbers so I can't seem to block all of their calls!  Also, the Block This Number feature on my iPhone does not prevent the blocked number from reaching my voice mail, so I still end up with unwanted voice mail messages in my mailbox.

This number keeps calling my mobile.  Try to call it back and nobody ever answers.  I think this is a scam number disguising itself as a collection company asking you to enter your credit card number by phone.

Automated debt collectors. I have no outstanding debts so yeah, this is a fraud.

This is called "Gangstalking".. look into this topic.  The supposed 'agency' is likely a weaponized form of punishment for not falling for their (DPS) extorition attempts.  Keep track of the calls and dial *57 to have the last incoming call flagged as Malicious...

IGNORE AND DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS CALLER!!!!
If you parked somewhere and received a "parking" ticket (not a City Parking Ticket) from the management of the parking lot, this is them calling you. They will call a gazillion times and eventually will stop. They will not and cannot prosecute you. To go to court, it will cost them a minimum of $100 dollars to file a claim, and then the judge would only allow the original costs of the ticket(s). But they will keep sending and keep phoning you asking you to call back for this "very important message" which is all [***]. I promise you they will not take you to court and nothing will become of this. The only WARNING I will give you is: Be very careful where you park again, even in some other parking lot. If you do not pay the fee to park, if it's the same management company that oversaw the other parking lot where you got a ticket (or more), then you could possibly have your vehicle towed. You will have to pay what they owe to get it back. Now in this case, once again, legally, they cannot charge EXTRA fees other than the original cost of the parking. So if parking costs $5 dollars an hour, they cannot expect anything more than what you originally owed. No judge, no court will award these parking [***] anything more. But as I stated before, the chances of them taking you to court are one in a million. Just beware that these [***] could tow your vehicle if they see you park "FREE" again on their lot. Usually, these parking management companies such as IMPARK, etc., are in every city. So you have to be careful if you travel to another city or province within Canada and park in one of their parking lots. It probably works the same in the USA as well. But I assure you, they will only harass you by phone and send the odd "invoice" telling you that you owe a ridiculous amount of money and they will threaten to take you to court. Ha Ha, not a chance in hell! And they will call you from several different phone numbers with different area codes! My advice is if you don't recognize the number, do not answer or respond!

Diamond Parking is a scam.  The signs are elusive, so the Parking Rules sign may not mention that you require a monthly pass (even though I was only shopping).  In my case, I was supposed to seek out other signs on the property, which mentioned the monthly pass.  They will ticket you for leaving the property, and sometimes they will go after people who don't have a ticket.

Diamond (operating out of the äss end of a Dairy Queen on Denman St. in Vancouver) and other privately-owned parking companies have no teeth.  They cannot block your insurance or license renewal (I talked to ICBC), and they cannot damage your credit.  Even if they threaten to take you to court, they apparently cannot do that either.

Ignore them, and block this number.

I keep getting calls from this number leaving messages saying that I owe some debt. I do not.  When I try to call it back, no answer.  The number is listed to Wiggins Adjustments but who knows if that is who actually called.  It probably is, it sounds about right, they are scumbag collectors that have no problem bothering the wrong people.

Kept getting phone calls from 604-546-0271 saying I owed Diamond Parking $122 and i need to pay them (Wiggins) within 5 days.  I called Diamond Parking and their customer rep confirmed there is nothing listed under my license plate.  But there is no way to stop those freaking auto dialing harassing calls!

How did these idiots get my work #. I have tried to contact them but have not been successful, I only get a busy signal
