I got a call on my cell last Thursday and again today from 604-875-4411.  Wonder what is up?  When I called back the message said it was Cost Heath or something.

This is outgoing call number for the Vancouver General Hospital and Vancouver Coastal Health (they share the same complex at 10th and Oak).  My sister was a patient at the hospital recently and when she called us to let us know how she was doing, this is the number that showed up.  It doesn't accept incoming calls.

I received a prank call from a"Frank Rizzo" saying that I owe $500?  604-875-4411 Nov 13th

same here!  called my cell and hung up before I could answer it...

Someone is calling my cell phone from this number and i do not know who it is as when i call back the number they tell me they are unable to track ? It is frightening to know someone out there coul dbe a family memeber is trying to contact me and may be an emergency?

me too, i got a call from 604-875-4411,when i called back, some massage said it is coast health  which is including vancouver general hospital and sth like that!

They call me too. I called back and the message was from Vancouver Hospital or Coastal Health.
How did they get my number?

I get calls from this number.  I am scheduled for surgery and I believe this is the number from the pre-admissions clinic

This is from VGH I think you can call them by calling 604-875-4111 which is what the lady said when she left a message

604-875-4411 listed on the University of British Columbia (Canada) Pathology Laboratory Medicine website, along with an extension for a Graduate Program Assistant.

No voicemails left, after 4 calls I answered and only got a beep from the other party. I am assuming they are erroneously faxing my number, I don't know anyone in Canada, and I have accounted for anyone that is close enough to me to use my contact info if they were hospitalized.

Not sure who to call to have my number removed from whatever list it is included in, but they always call a few (2-3) times in a row.

Coast Health, you really need a new system. This is ridiculous.  As someone who has been having many tests done at the hospital, and knowing a call could be very important, having an incoming-call from this # -- with no voice mail and no way of knowing who it was or how to contact them exactly -- is extremely frustrating and panic inducing. At the VERY least your representatives should be leaving a voice mail saying "X called and can be reached at X, regarding X's X results/meeting/etc."

I looked up the number and it was this place.... i dont see why they called me, although if it was important they would have left a msg.

I was in VGH at about 8pm...after walking home in the rain and going to bed...i see this number called....no harm done...i was in bed already

This is for VGH and with me it's a survey I gave them permission to call me on to see how I'm doing with my nicotine addiction. It only takes a minute to answer their questions and I get only 4 calls over the course of a year. If I miss their call they do try a couple of times and for your privacy they don't leave a message ( just in case your number changes)

I have been getting continuous calls from this number for several months now. At first the call would get hanged up as soon as I pick up. Then, later on a woman's voice saying "who's this" and that she's looking for the els or something. She keeps calling and calling even when I tell her she's got the wrong number. There's times where she calls three times in one day. I really hope it stops. It's very disturbing.
