They called and wanted my bank account number and routing number.

malwarebytes.com used to be a legitimate anti-virus company. About a week ago when I decided to buy the software that I had used in the past, I immediately received an email telling me my computer was infected, and instructing me not to leave the page or my computer would be destroyed. I tried to leave the page, but couldn't escape. Then began a week-long bad experience such as I had never suffered before .malwarebytes.com now will take you to a vicious bunch of crooks in India with accents so thick they can't be cut with a chainsaw. DO NOT EVER click on malwarebytes!

This numbet called me and left a voicemail saying thank you for contacting us, your service has been canceled, your account will be refunded. The guy had an indian accent. I couldnt understand half of what he said. I also never contacted anyone about canceling anything. So id call it a scam call.

very poor quality sound but he's the account manager and wants me to call him. I don't have a clue, he has calles numerous times

had 2 voice mails,
his name is prashant and he is my account manager. Please call him back asap - urgent, number he gave was 855-501-0839.
my answering machine said call is from 606-834-1033
he said who he was calling for but strong Indian accent I couldn't understand what he said

they are scammer microsoft never gives call to anyone.... beware this kind of things..

if I were guru aid lets say and I were legitimate they must know that these scammers are imitating
them and why would they pick guru aid its a scam all around they call from all over like jipsies

they are relentless keep changing their numbers all the numbers need to be reported to the fbi they keep going until they con somebody and they are calling Canada too its really big and these
people use technology they get in peoples computers after they con u out of your money its unreal
that so many people are victimized not only by the their constant privacy abuse but by their money
grabbing from neive unsuspecting people and according to them they probably know that someone will fall for their [***],

Guru aid do not help Microsoft they are a scam company/association. They pretend to be companies such as Microsoft and help but in reality will do more damage to your computer than you were trying to resolve. If you say no to accepting them they will try talking you into using them in ways no real company does. They are also the people hacking the phone lines to pose as banks.

They call every day and say they are GeruAid. I can hardly understand the person and they leave a name I must ask for when I call back but I don't ever answer. Now they're calling on my cell, which I only use for emergency. I just keep deleting them.
