Call received from 607-363-9777 stating IRS had Filed a law suit against me and suggested Neto call some other number but I didnt...I'm pretty sure the IRS only contacts via mail

Same story as the rest.  Sounded like a recorded message stating that the IRS has been trying to get ahold of me.  Caller ID said "Branch Comfort".

just called me and left a message that it was the IRS and that i had a law suit against me!! be very careful sounds like fraud

i got called and it was from branch comfort and i'm sure it was a recorded message saying that the I.R.S. was going to sew me

I received a call from this number and the message left was that the IRS was suing me and this was my final notice.  I have received no such info from the true IRS and believe this to be a phone scam.

Received a call from this number (607) 363-9777, by recording was told the IRS is going to sue me. I did not answer the call. Tried calling it back. Just rang, rang, rang. Scam, scam, scam.

Callled saying final notice from the irs lawsuit against me.
