no idea who this is tried calling it back and no one answered.  Please Stop calling me I am on  the Federal No Call List and also have an unlisted unpublished number

I got the same. I called back and a woman said "hi, may I help you?' She wouldn't tell me who she was with.

Said she is Alise from Associated Collectors, but we dont owe anything and this is a spoofed number

Got a message stating Professional Collectors Association

just got the potential spam call flashing on my cell ... unknown call and no vmail.  just tons of unknown spam interruptions. wish there was a way to fix it.

good luck I am on the no call list. non published# is now what it use to be. hope you are safe and dont work for the courts like me... threatened daily! thank God for duputys

The DNC list applies to telemarketing; not charities, surveys and, as in this case, debt collectors.  Call back to the number gets, "Thank you for calling Professional Collectors Corporation."  They have a website under pccfdl which, according to Whois dot com has been registered since 2010.  Although not BBB accredited, there are complaints filed and the company responses on this page:

If you are going to deal with this company, it behooves you to use the number published on the website or the customer portal as any number can be spoofed.  Do not give out personal information unless you initiated the call to the published number.  In addition, you may want to review the advice of the CFPB on what to do when debt collectors call.
