I get called at least daily by this number with the same result - 3rd party electric. Now, I don't answer, and they don't leave a message.

609-145-8854 will  NOT STOP  CALLING me!!!!!  I never answer it because the number isn't familiar and they NEVER leave a message.  And after reading all the negative comments, I never will.  How do you BLOCK a phone number from calling?

missed calls on cell phone for the last 5 days.  never leave a message.  make them stop

I got a call from this # today, new to me.  Didn't answer, no msg left.  After finding this post it seems that these are probably the same people that showed up in my neighborhood, banging on our doors asking to see our electric bills.  AS IF.  Did these women really think I'd just pony up my personal info?  I tried to file a complaint with the DNC registry, but they are telling me I am not registered.  I just got a confirm from them I registered in 2006, but I'm guessing it expired before the rules changed to "they won't expire".  Grrrr!  You can file a complaint here if you have been on it for more than a month...https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2
