Got it also. Very suspicious voicemail from Mr Waters about my electric account and I don't even have a current electric account in my name. The voicemail was left on my cellphone. I called back and spoke with Taylor. The company is Spark Energy. She claims they are not telemarketing. They are targeting customers of major PA and NJ electric companies. How awful! I would not provide them with any personal information and I'm disgusted that they somehow even got a hold of my cell number.

I thought his name was me lawerence. This was the number he wanted me to call. He called from 1-800 340 1389.

Same here. Another low life sitting in his basement trolling on good people.

Same experience with me he gave the 609 -201-0121 number to call back, His original call came in on my cell phone as 1-800-340-1389

Same as others have commented - Mr. Waters leaving a message asking that I call back with my electric bill in hand. When I picked up the phone during the message and said "hello", the call was disconnected. Not interested and on the DNC registry.

I got the message from Mr. "Waters" too.  We guessed they wanted to sell us something.  Like your response...Had to laugh.  Very creative!

Supposedly calling from my electric company. Stated I had an "applied credit" and needing me to call them back. They left a message but never once mentioned the name of my electric company.

The MF called me and left the same message, trying to ask you switch your electric. This MF@@ker has nothing to do all day and harass people. Sad, he should call Trump for money.

Got exactly same call but did not pick up. They left message. Now I will leave message to report scam. Get a real job & stop being a slimeball!

I am as well & received the same bogus call. Today they were reported to the DO NOT CALL Federal Trade Commission. I report all scammers I receive by email, text or phone. I choose to give them the attention they are seeking😉

Same mo, left message about the electric bill, with reference number. Said call back. Currently with PSE+G. Thanks for the info about Spark Energy. Called 1/19/17 at 1:02 in afternoon. Didn't pick up. Will not call back.

Just received the same voicemail: Mr. Waters, calling about "the supply portion of my electric bill"...gave a ref. no. and wants me to call back with a copy of the bill in front of me.  I didn't call back because he didn't identify the company for which he was calling.  Thanks to others for posting.

I received message from 609 201 0121 saying he was Mr. Waters. He  said it was in regards to the supply part of my electricity.  He wanted me to call back with a copy of my electric statement.  He gave me some sort of 5 digits to refer to.

Got the same exact call from the same Mr. Waters.  Ironically, this month's PSEG bill which has never been more than $250 is $450.  That's insane.  I have a call into PSEG.  Hoping it's a mistake!!!
