    As everyone else stated they just hang up when you answer. This number is a scam and JCP&L is not involved with them.

    I've been getting calls all times of the day and night (up until 9pm) from these people for the past few months.  I started out listening (how they can save me money).  After a few of those calls, I finally said I'll look into it and will call *them* back if interested.  The calls stopped for a week or so, and now they're back in full force - three in the past 24 hours.

    I finally *went off* on the caller last night, telling them to *stop* calling.  She asked "do you want to be added to the do not call list" and I said YES!  DO NOT CALL HERE AGAIN!

    Today, late afternoon...another call.  I'm heading to the FTC to file a complaint and then the BBB site.  Clearview Electric/Energy is based out of Dallas TX, but seems to be affiliated with a number of local (east coast) companies.

    I read an article a couple weeks ago where they were accused of (convicted/fined?  I don't recall) of slamming - changing people over to their service w/o the people knowing.  A completely unethical and annoying company...

    It listed on my phone as a 'missed call' with the number listed as 609-366-1063. My Dad spoke with a person but he said that I paid the electric bill (which is true even his name is on the bill). I don't know if it is the same person or not. I told them before I was not interested. I guess I will be telling a few more times.

    they call nonstop everyday. half the time they do not speak or hang up. the other half of the time i say to discontinue calls. the calls keep coming.

    i have emailed and called their 1888 number to complain and no matter what they still call. this is harassment. stop.

    Called both today and yesterday, I was polite and said I wasnt interested, both times they attempted to argue by saying " not interested in saving money? How is that possible.?" When I ssy "no" they hang up

    Received a call on 7/17/11 at 4:45 A.M. from (609) 366-1063. Number on Caller ID states Cranbury, NJ (Red Flag as no business name associated on Caller ID). Upon calling the number back the woman who answered knew my name and stated she is licenced with PSE&G to lower my electric bill rate. I informed her no thank you and to please stop calling my line (be courteous as just someone trying to make a buck).

    They keep coming to my home despite my asking them not to, i guess they think if they keep it up eventually i'll give up, last year a man came tomy home i asked who he was he said electric company, i thought he was a representitive of my electric company., he told me the reason he was at my door was all in my area was getting a break on our services, so i'm thinking okay., i signed he asked to use my cell dropped it broke my cover, as i started to read the paperwork i realized he was not representing my resources co but an independent, so i called the number and cancelled out, i've had three people from clearveiw in the last two weeks knocking on my door, i don't open it i shake my head no and shut the curtain on them, today a man called me stating that my gas co gave him my information, and started blabbing about paying to much i asked are you with my gas and electric co.? He ans yes they gave me your info, i knew he was lying why would my energy resource company give thier bussiness away? They would'nt  he starts blabbing some more, i told him send me the information, and i hung up, this way i can send them an official harrasment letter cause i'm sick of them, every last one of them., two seconds after i hung up another call came in, i told him to ask the guy next to him who just gave my illegily received information what i said he stuttered then turned speechless! I hung up and blocked thier number!
