Maybe you should know that you don't have to give out your number to 'just anyone'...there's so many ways to get your number.  I get scam and telemarketing calls every day.

I received a  scam call from this number at 1014 am est this morning, 11/13/15, as if they were from the IRS and threatening a lawsuit.

Scam IRS threat. No Name, no case number, (sounded foreign) in New Jersey.

Got the same call.  I called back. Same foreign person as above. They asked I was the name on their supposed file. I told them it was not me.  They asked for my name. I said I am not giving it. They said I needed to tell them.  I also told them that if they are the IRS that they should have all the information they need. They then hung up on me.

Just got this call and voice mail also. Someone needs to take them out!

Same as all others....total BS‼️‼️

IRS is suing me...

Yea my husband got the same call this morning he nearly had a heartattack
By the time he got home from work they call his cell phone as well.
He is 62 never owed the IRS a dime and if he did he paid up immediately.
They will end up getting caught and being charged also with murder if they keep doing this nonsence.
Well our H & R block worker told us it was a scam and to chill.
She was the only one I knew I could call at once.
Sooooooooo glad I did.
I dont have a facebook account but I think someone needs to spread the word

same here - claim to be IRS suing - this is second type call I've gotten like this- first one was a couple months ago
