they only have the last 4 digits. they can not verify the whole ss#. they are a complete scam. I told them my lawyer wants there address and they yelled at me and hung up. they will not verify any info with me just want my visa card. they will not give me a address or anything, which is illegal. they keep calling back even though they know what they are doing is illegal because they know if they do not give me any info there is nothing I can do. just keep taking down the many phone # they give you and research. Also reseach if you get it the name of business they work for. I am trying real hard to find out all I can to get these guys. DO NOT give them money. THEY are a SCAM

Exactly the same story. This morning I got a call from a placed called National Affidavit Processing Services (512-229-0184), saying that I took out $300 from Cash Advance USA. I got this number from the guy at the Affidavit, whose English had strong Indian accent, and called 610-886-1206. A guy whose name was Paul picked up the phone and said $300 was deposited to a bank account in January, 2010, one that I do not have. Watch out these two phone numbers that have been in use for a while for scam and fraud. They have my social security number, home address, phone number, email address, and possibly a couple of others.  I filed the case to FTC and am going to do it with local police. I also reported to the credit bureau agencies for alert. Don't get fooled by this guy. They scared me with a possible legal case!

The same story, I just got a called from this people person name Edward Walker, telling me that I owe money from an online payday loan, that I need to called (610) 886-1206 right away.

This people had all my info, which is was scary, how they hell..............The guy that call is Indian becasue of his accent and you can hear on the background that other people with the same accent.

NEVER NEVER give out your SS number. People do NOT 'file against your SS number' even if you owe them money... that is not even the language used.

I too have received phone calls from these bozos.  I got a call about two weeks ago from a guy named Robin Black.  He had a very strong accent.  They told me that I had a payday loan from Cash Advance USA.  I searched online and got the 800 number for cash advance usa and they proceeded to tell me that I had no loan with them.  Has anyone received anything from them showing them to be legit?

No they are not legit, I received the same calls from them nonstop a couple of months ago. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and my local FBI office. The FBI told me that all I could do is ignore their phone calls and DON'T give them any information. He also said that it will be next to impossible to catch them because they are most likely in Africa or another country so they are out of FBI's jurisdiction.

I got a hang up call from 440-945-7053.  I called back and they wanted an account number or SS number.  I am so stupid I gave my ss number out.  They transftered me to a Pam Hollands which went to voicemail.  I then called back to see if they can give me any info.  They said I am not in the system and that it was a wrong number which is why I was transfered to the supervisor.  I reported this tonight.
