I looked up the number before answering - google matched it with a locksmith company. Caller said her name was Marquita Haines and wanted to verify my personal information (DOB). I told her I'd need to know what company/business she was calling from before providing any of my information. She stated she needed to verify my information before she could tell me what company she was with. I refused. She hung up.

So a scammer using a spoofed number.  Sounds a bit like a social security type of scam.  Could be one of the fake process service scams too.

Called at 4 on a Sunday. Didn't leave a message. Glad I don't answer.

They hang up and don't leave a message.  Everything I can find about the number says it is for Premier Locksmith at 120 Anapolis St W in St Paul, MN.  Which is actually the address of a pizza place.  I am also getting calls from another number which is a supposed locksmith said to be at the same address.
