Yes, this number 612-839-4003 shows up on my ATT phone in the Call forwarding section.  I had this phone for
6 months, and only now tried to set up the call-forwarding.  Since my phone has always been in my possession, was never lost, and never shared with anyone else, this looks like some type of fraudulent actiivity, where the fraudsters hope to "strike gold" by listening to messages intended for other people.   Since ATT itself cannot seem to fix this problem, and cannot make phone software that is reasonably secure, I won't stay with AT&T.
If one does not have an I-Phone, it seems difficult to avoid phones with the Android software in it, which is made by Google.  Google as well has become a company that does not give a flying fluff about the consumer.  I hope that someday soon any and all technical and software companies get sued into submission, because pretty much all of their products are flawed, unsafe, and they have absolutely no stake in making any improvements

Posts about this number go back to 2008. There are lots of ideas and theories, but no hard intel on the calls/callers. This seems to happen with some numbers - maybe the numbers are shared for various scams, maybe the numbers are used in Spoofing by various scammers.

In the end, it does not matter. Calls from this number can be categorized as 100% unwanted. Ignore the call, block this number.

Hijacked my phone

This is actually a vendetta thread put up by mental midgets.

If you dial *#62# on your keypad, it will show where calls are going.

They have my voice call forwarding when unreachable getting sent to this number I tried to find more information and I found some info on it but the number asks for a password when you call it.

They have been trying to hack into my accounts and they even created a new snapchat account under my phone number and name and tried adding my friends and family pretending to be me to get money from them.!!! Please be very cations about everything!!!

Yeah I did that aswell and it said my voice calls were forwarding to  6128394003 when unreadable I keep trying to disable it by doing some of the other codes but every time i check it still says that. I tried tracking the number said it’s from minneapolis and when I call the number it asks for a password.

What brought you to that conclusion?
