I got a notice from these people and when I called the agency they would give me no info except the date of service.  I was advised to send them the money then get reimbursed from my insurance company.  I have NO CLUE who these people are who who wants the money.  I spoke to a man named Jim supposedly I could reach Jim at Ext 113, but he answered the phone.  ????  Coincidence??  I think not.  He was the one who told me to send him $99.  I laughed.  When I called the hospital to see if there were any outstanding bills, they said no.  They also said they DID NOT USE any labs or medical equipment in Ohio.

I keep getting calls but no message left and I dare not call back.. haha

i received a call from this company and i havent lived in Ohio for almost 20 years. i dont owe them anything and i need them to stop calling my house.

I received a call from "Betty" at a different number (a residential land line, associated with a Betty)  she was calling to discuss a job with her company, didn't give a company name.  Told me I could call her back at 614-358-4191.   Goggled the second number and found out its a collection agency.  Only debt I have is with my student loans, and those are not past due.

We know you work for this telemarketing firm. Stop calling. I owe no one. Had this number 4 months now.

Receiving excessive number of calls on a daily basis, (including weekends and holidays), from phone number (614) 358-9900. Calls are received at all hours of the day, starting from 6 AM (CST) and they continue throughout the day and well into the evening,  with 10:07 PM (CST) being recorded by us, as one of the late night call times we received since we decided to keep track of time of calls . There are no messages left on our answering machine and the few times my husband answered the call out of frustration, there was no one at the other end to speak to!
The sheer volume of calls and their frequency, (calls come in bunches of 2 to 3 at a time at half of a minute interval, which hapens 5-6 times per day), makes it extremely clear to understand that these calls are designed to be disrupting, annoying, abusive and harassing!"

They have called my cell phone twice now. Once yesterday and again today. I DO NOT answer calls from people not listed in my phone. I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST on both phones and I'm sick of all these companies calling me about credit card debt or some other stupid thing I have no part of. I have NEVER and will NEVER have a credit card. These people are rude and when they actually do leave a message it's a stupid automated voice message about something that don't concern me. When will these jerks realize they are just wasting time. I will NEVER answer lol.

They phoned and asked for Willy J, then reversed and asked my name ! I am not Santa Clause and hung up the phone !

called our house this morning and asked for my husband.  I asked them who they were they wouldnt tell me she asked if my husband (by name was available) I told her that this was his wife and asked again who was calling. Kind of rudely she asked if my husband again by his name was available and when i told her no that he wasn't she very curtly said I have to have permission to talk to you and hung up on me.  Who are these people?  We do not have any late outstanding bills or hospital bills.  The caller ID did pick up the name as Choice, but that was it

I called them back and no answer, rang about 20 times. Name comes up as "CHOICE" on my caller ID.

This number has called a few weeks ago.  Not sure who they are or what they want, but I assume someone gave out my number as "their" number to avoid these people.

I get a call from this number once a day and they never leave a message. I see it's from a collection agency and I know exactly the one. They claim to be collecting a bill from Grant hospital in Columbus ohio. I have never been to grant hospital as in ever. And I have told them this and asked them to mail me proof of the bill and we could investigate. No mail, no proof. Screw these idiots.

I continue to see this number had called when I get home from work. They never leave a message, so they are wasting their time.  I WORK...regular hours, so calling me at 2:12PM is a losing battle.

I worked for a collection agency when I was a kid. You have to send them a "Cease & Desist Letter." That will stop the calls. They called a few times I was busy or asleep finally I did answer they wanted a man with the same last name as me, no one I had ever heard of. The woman was nice kind of she was hard to understand though (not her fault I have a hearing loss) but she said she could not remove my number without proof of me being who I say I am and not the person they are looking for. I told her if that was the case I would just block their number.
