I can confirm that this is a scam / spam call. I logged into discover & did a chat with the agent and they said they did not contact me at all and this number is NOT one of their known registered phone number. Please make sure you block and ignore the call.

Total BS call. They ask right away for 16 digits of card number. I knew it was a scam so I played along  and said I didn't have it so he then asked for my social!!! Can you believe that. I said I don't know it. I then asked him what my name was and he said he didn't know it until he could pull up my account. I said well, if you don't know my name, and don't have any information on me why are you calling. He said because my number was alerted on fraud database. I said well then you have my name and number. He hung up.

Please please don't be fooled people.
