Received a call from Vanderbilt Spine Center in Nashville, TN. It was a follow-up call about an appointment.

I received a call from this number and it was to schedule an appt at Bill Wilkerson Center at Vanderbilt.

It's Vanderbilt.  They were looking for someone else.

Just missed a call from this number but they didn't leave a message.  When I called it back it says "vanderbuilt university and medical center" but its an automated system.  Obviously its very worrisome to find out someone is trying to reach you at 6 pm on a sunday from vanderbuilt medical center!  I also can't reach my elderly parents so my mind is racing....hopefully its just a wrong number or fundraiser.

They should leave a message but also it might be because you have a procedure scheduled and they want prepayment for what your insurance isn't going to pay or trying to collect a balance. But it's the Hospital so there's got to be some reason they are calling you,

Received call while I was on a business call and I couldn't answer. No vm was left and after looking it up, it was BY. I live in Florida so I find it odd rhey called me.

That was suppose to say VU not BY.

I know its Vanderbilt. It's a general number. But they did not give me enough time to even pick up my phone before hanging up. I need to talk to them to set up my appt. SO Frustrating!
