I just received yet another call from Kevin Burnett/Barnett who has an Indian accent. ( Cash Advance or Cash Advance USA). This moron called me at work with the same scam some 6 mths ago which at that time he was a Kevin LLoyds @ 760-269-4172. I work for a major law firm and advised him of this but that didn't stop him from calling my job over 40 times. The jerk stated that I took a cash advance and now I'm in violation with the federal bank, check fraud, theft by deception. He would send a police officer to my job to arrest me. Umm not happening, no one gets arrested for a debt especially not a $600 - $700 debt.  The same speech was given 6 months prior. Well I told Mr. Gandhi to hold on while I ran to 7eleven to get his cousin Raj Patal on the phone so that he could feed him the BS. I told him that I was not sending him or his friends any money so that they could fix up their huts in Bali world. I also told him that that he would not become the next slum dog millionaire off of my dime. I would go to Indian and turn it out. Their old number is 760-269-4172 the new number is 617-871-6822. They will ask you to send them money to clean up a debt which first he said was $745.33 now it's $690 I said to him "Ummm News falsh Alladin I'm gonna need some paperwork on that" He didn't like being called Alladin, I told him to go get on his magic carpet and find it. He advised that it's too late. I said Now Raj, Mr. Curry powder or whomever you are when there is debt there is always paperwork. I notified the FBI 6mths ago as well as today, and they had my file and advised that they are aware of these people and not to give them any of your information. Kevin Burnett, who then turned into Bill, Collin, then Roy Reginald told me that I was a dumb "SMART ASS". I advised I'm very smart and that's when I handed the phone to a police officer who came to my job and advised him that he is not allowed to call and harass someone's job or anywhere. The police officer kept calling him back harassing him just like he did me, and I kept calling him back as well. He threatened my job as well. I told him to bring it because I'm not the one but the other one. They will also ask you to send money via western union or money gram. Yeah okay. They are claiming to be calling from an attorney's office in Massachusetts, when 6mths ago they were calling from the CA state attny's office. Rolling eyes. I would suggest that everyone call the FBI @ 1-877-438-4338 and file a complaint with the consumers theft department.  They can't take it when you get smart with them especially if you have a mouth as reckless as mines. Let's just say Alladin won't be calling my job for at least another 6mths. Also they are in violation of the debt collectors FDCPA act. Call them back several times like they call you and call them Alladin, mention 7eleven, tell them to go put on deodorant they can't take it. Be a smart [***] for a day.

been getting harassing phone calls at my job bout a loan i did not take out  a man with an india accent from number 617 871 6822

I keep getting Calls from this number 1-617-871-6822 who keeps saying I owe them money and if I dont pay it ASAP they are going to lock me up and keep harrassing me and they have call my work 16 times one day,they also call from 1-617-778-6486. They use strong scare tactics and is very verbal abusive.

I have received a call from "Larry Johnson" from 617-871-6822 (clearly not a Larry Johnson) asking to speak to someone who no longer works at our office. He claims to be from an attorney's office in Boston and needs to speak to her about some fraud on her SS#. He has called about 30 times in a month and it is very annoying. I tell him that she no longer works here and he tells me to "put her on the phone now!" One day he caught me on a bad day and i told him to come down to my office and look for her and he would not find her because she does not work here! He replied with "so if i come to your office I can kiss you?" WTF!! The latest call was today and I told him I was going to report him as soon as I hung up the phone. He said "oh yeah, you report me?" Now he told me that it was an order that I put her on the phone to which I clearly laughed... I asked to speak to his supervisor and he turned it around on me and said that he wants to speak to mine... I told him I was the manager and he said "no, you person who answer phone only!" That jerk does not know my job, and he has spoken to my boss before, who told him the same thing I have...It is getting old and now I contacted our phone company to try and block his number from calling. In the meantime, I will block my cell phone and call him back repeatedly on my spare time :D

These people keep calling my job... There cursing at my boss and other co-workers.. they are gonna get me fired
