I also have been receiving this call. I called them back initially, and got voicemail. After reading all these posts, I called back and got a man on the phone. I said "you guys have been calling me saying I have 2 fraud charges" He said "Yes is this (my name)?" I said "Yes, you guys have been doing this to a lot of people. Now I am going to give this phone number to MY attorney general". The man said "thank you , you have a nice day" and hung up. I am going to follow through and give this number to the proper athorities.

SO the guy answered this time . He said the company is called Goldman Associates. He said he could not give out the address for security reasons. What a joke! Who do we turn this guy into if not our own attorney general?

The man, Adam, who answered the phone Called the company Goldman Associates. He said he couldn't give me an address due to security reasons.

I'm not sure what your reply is about. Obviously  Goldman Associates is a bogus company made up by these scammers, and has no affiliation with the company you just posted.

message from a James Maganese / Magalese says "Sorry to bother you at this time I have you as a reference for a Dorothy Darlen / Darling, could you get in touch with her and have her contact 617-939-0120 regarding a legal matter and reference case CAP7075" Message was extremely rushed and hard to make out....caller's voice sounded to be a Southern Accent.  I don't know anyone of that name so did not call back and deleted message.  But got a similar "Legal Threat" call a few weeks back so know they're on the rise.  I figure they try to hook you if you call back to say "I don't know that person..." and then they try to hold you responsible for something and make a payment with a Greendot card.
