- Justin ChinnHave received multiple calls from this number, for many months. I have asked them to stop calling me but they continue to call. One evening I asked them to never call me again; they called back 45 minutes later. Since they claim to not be selling anything they may not be considered telemarketers and therefore the Do Not Call registry doesn't apply to them. Will look into blocking this number; the harassment is wearing me down. I've already submitted a complaint to the FCC. Don't know what else to do.

- Tommyboy22| 1 replyThey have called me sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. They are Market Infosolutions out of San Diego as others have mentioned here.
They claim they are EXCLUDED from the National "Do Not Call" list (never heard of that) and that you can go to there website and submit your number to not call anymore.
It's a very brief "privacy form" that is really just the number you want them to stop calling. They say they honor peoples submissions.
We'll see. I just submitted and time will tell.
Website privacy form is below.

- annoyedI am on the DO NOT CALL LIST therefore you should not be calling this number. I thought these type of calls were not suppose to be called on a SUNDAY. Plus the person who called was very hard to understand. I did not understand the company's name or why they were calling. These type of calls are the whole reason I am on the DO NOT CALL LISTING.

- rey replies to Patthe attorney general huh? I'm sure he's busy taking care of actual criminals from raping your kids on the way home from school.
Just take it like a man Pat, and make a complaint the right way... or ... if you have a "good" phone company, use the Call Screening feature, and filter these calls from even getting through to your phone line. - AnonymDespite what they lead you to believe, they might be nothing more than a back door operation for telemarketers.
I blame the FCC and the federal government for not addressing this issue correctly and protecting the public from this form of harassment. The "DO NOT CALL" registry is a joke.
So much for one's privacy. It's bad enough that they are allowed to call without an invite, but to blatantly ignore one's request to not call back should be criminal. I can't help but believe they intentionally call back repeatedly only to be a nuisance, as if it's a way for the caller to take out a bad day on others. Or maybe the caller truly gets enjoyment out of aggravating others, knowing they will not personally be held accountable.
Think about it. What a pathetic job. One has to be pretty hard up to sit at a phone and rationalize calling someone at home is justified, knowing that many are aggravated by such actions. Bet these same employees get just as aggravated when their called at home for the same reason. Try asking these callers for their home number so that you can call them back at a more convenient time, good luck with that.
Then you have the phone companies charging their customers extra for a service that would allow blockage of these numbers. Ok, so now I'm forced to pay extra (extortion) to block the number? But even with the paid service, "Call Intercept", Verizon only gives me a total of 25 numbers I can block. WTF?- Caller: Market Infosolutions
