Call from 619-524-4377. Don't know who they are. I just got a Skype number yesterday and received this call today.

Received 3 calls between 7:40 am to 8:00 am.  No one there.D

The call was from a Navy ship based out of San Diego that is currently out to sea. Marines and Sailors use that number to call home. They also use 619-545-5532. You cannot call the number back, it is restricted from incoming calls. If you don't know any one in the military then it was probably some one trying to call home and accidentally dialed your number.

I got several harrassing numbers from this account. The person called and I tried calling back but was unable. Are you positive that this number is from a ship!

yes these phone calls are from the ship, i was in the navy on the stennis, thats the ship that has those phone numbers... and i used to call home and friends and family all the time when we were out to sea or overseas, my wife is on the ship and she stills calls me everynight from that exact number so just calm down and relax people.

It is a number from the navy ships, My husband uses it to call me, I would also kindly remind you all who are in the military or know a ship is out to sea etc you should remember OPERATIONAL SECURITY. even information like this could give someone they piece of the puzzle they were looking for and that makes our spouses and family in danger so please do not give details of what ship you were or are on etc

Yeah, ok all, I have been getting calls from this number too. It is annoying not knowing where the call is coming from. I am in San Diego but my number is a 757 area code which as most Navy people would know is Virginia Beach VA. My advice is to block the number.

While OPSEC is a big deal, the news channels always tell you when ships deploy. Anyone with basic channels knows when the ships are gone, just not exactly where they are. It's ok.

Also received a call from this number and was from a person on a ship out to sea. It's not a prank.

Just verifying that it is from a deployed ship..talked to my son from this number today. So yes, if you get a call from this number and you don't have anyone in the military, do a service member a favor and answer it so that they know they are calling a wrong number. They might be on that ship cut off from everything worrying about a family member "not answering" their phone.

Just bumping this result up again: I still have this number in my phone from when my wife was at sea.   A call from this number meant drop everything and go somewhere quiet so I could hear from her!
