calls started yesterday. got another today. no message.

Got a call from 619-639-7295 asking for one of my IT guys. Told him that that guy doesn't work there anymore and is now the Director of another company and if he'd like I'd give him my ex-IT guys new phone numer. This guy was foaming at the mouth to get the number so I gave him the number of another Telemarketer that calls me every day. 631-267-4849 - pass it on.

These people from Photon Infotech are a pain in the ass. They keep trying to make sales calls to the same people, then other people in the company regarding their IT Consulting.

I have asked their sales person to stop calling us.  But I saw that I missed a call from them today!

We need to start a class action law suit against these pests!

Yes, the calls are from Photon Infotech.  They claim to be a large Indian outsourcing company.  I was born and raised in India and although I dont live there, I do visit now and then.  I like to encourage entrepreneurial people and did speak to Photon Infotech when they called me the first time, and told them that if any opportunities came up, I would let them know.  And I meant it.  But these guys are a royal pain in the [***] and are pests.  I wish I had never spoken to them that first time...for now they call me at all hours, sometimes 10 times in an hour, and pester me to view their online presentation.  I have spoken and written back to them explaining that we will certainly contact them to discuss a possible deal if the need should arise but they just dont get it!  I think their sales team is paid based on how many sales leads they pester, not how many sales leads they convert - because with that kind of over-aggressive perstering, I have now decided they are CERTAINLY NOT geting my business....

Need to call a pest control company to get these guys to stop calling.  I like Bob's idea.

This guy has been calling every day for two weeks.  Going down the list of Managers as I continue to tell him they are not here.  TODAY I told him, "Your not getting past me till you tell ME who YOU are, what your company wants and why... If so and so is expecting your call... You don't have their direct line".  Tomorrow I will be a little meaner if he didn't get the point today.  UGH

My office gets these calls 2-3 times a day.  I can't make them stop.  Has anytime figured this out - how to stop this?  I call our phone service and they can't do anything.

Had one sales call with these guys about a year ago and passed. Their sales call tactics are as follows:
- Talk as fast as possible
- Drop as many names as possible
- Don't let you get a word in edgewise

They ring my phone every day. Have been for months. I just watch them come up on the caller ID and chuckle to myself.

They got hold of the name of some of our Executives, and keep name-dropping them and pretending like they're returning personal calls.  The thing is, people who have legitimate business with our Executives DON'T CALL TECH SUPPORT AT 10PM TO REACH THEM.  Like we're going to just pull out the phone list and transfer them to the Big Boss at his home number?  Right.  Brilliant.

We're a phone service provider, and could casually block them from calling us, but haven't bothered to do so because unethical telemarketers are the only people my support team can be casually rude to without repercussions.  Brushing off their calls (or similar calls from other disrespectful solicitors) provides a valuable stress release.

No one on line.  Just a lot of background noise.  Sounded like a factory floor or something.

someone called, asked for former employees, listed a few names until he got to one that is current. started talking about new services, but current employee already shared with me that she's not interested. Wasn't hard to get him off the phone, but took a few more seconds than I would have liked.

Keeps calling every morning and does not leave a voice message.

I simply setup a rule in our VoIP system to forward this number automatically to 1-888-382-1222 (FCC Do not call registry)

This is Photon InfoTech. I usually don't answer cold calls at work, but I thought the call was someone else and picked up. The guy lied and said that we had talked months ago and I told him to call me back around this time of year -- too bad I hadn't worked at the company I was at a couple of months ago. Then began a series of harassing phone calls. They would call our office main number and ask for my cell phone number or ask her to go to my office and get me or get me out of a meeting. When she would refuse to do so, they eventually started getting belligerent and using profane language. They even called, pretending to be an employee and saying it was an emergency, and asked to have me pulled out of a meeting. They call upwards of 10+ times a day.

this is my work line and this person has called multiple times.  Sometimes back to back.
