Theses ppl call 100 times a day. Ask me about ppl I don't even kno they are sum crazy ppl how did they get ur number, whn they call I  just dnt answer the phone. How can u stop these ppl form calling ur phone , I hve change my number 3 times,already. I'm sick of those ppl

Where should we turn them over if they do not comply with the miranda? should we let them know we are recording them? are all calls monitored and recorded? can they get fined if they do not tell us we are being recorded and/or monitored?

Amazing, I got a call from this number as well and the caller identified themselves as a Law Enforcement Officer for the National Debt Collection Agency and that they had a warrant for my arrest due to past debts, fortunately for me but not for them I am a Deputy Sheriff and quickly quoted them the statue for inpersonating a Law Enforcement Officer which they again stated they were the police, again I identified myself to them and guaranteed them there was no warrant for my arrest otherwise I wouldn't have a job..LOL   Anyways the caller became very rude and told me to go f off and disconnected, talk about rude, unprofessional and not to mention illegal practices.
