This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, playing a recorded message without an operator on the line to stop or pause the recording, refusing to provide a phone number when asked, and refusing to provide an address when asked. Their recording is the standard scammer recording offering discounted interest rates and reduced payments on credit cards, but the scammer clearly does not have any real information about the people called since they have to start with checking to see if you meet the requirements – even though the recording said you were qualified... This is clearly a scam set up to steal people's credit card and financial information. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.

You keep calling in regards to a dead brother. I would really like it if you quit using this number before I have to result to legal options. thank you much

They have been calling my house 3-6 times a week for nearly a year.Called the phone co,they told me to get a callback # & name.Usually if you ask any questions they hang up.Three times they gave a fake #.The company is always Member Services.Today I gave fake info,they took it like it was nothing.The zip code was a 1000 miles from my area code.Told them my credit cards were not available,ask could I call them back,they hung up.

I received a call from a man named Michael asking me to give him numbers off my tricare military health insurance card.  Unfortunately I did give these numbers.  Fortunately he can do nothing with these numbers.

Michael said he was from the Department of Defense

On Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 2:44 pm; I received 2 calls from this number.  The first call was from a female who said she had "something important about your credit card..."  I hung up on her.

As soon as I hung up; she called back with her credit card message.  I hung up on her again.

I am on the NO CALL registry (.gov), the NO CALL list, have a not listed phone number which is also unlisted.

When will these harassing phone calls become a criminal offense?

We get this same call every night and some time's they call 3 or 4 times a day. I have told them we are on a NO CALL list and they hang up on me. An hour later they call again and it is the same number. This time I pushed number 1 to speak with someone I told her we are on a no call list and she hung up on me before I could finish saying it.
I want it stopped.
It is for people who want to lower there credit card debit. I DO NOT HAVE CREDIT CARDS

Calls every day, without fail! Sometimes gives number to press to opt out. But still calls back. If I ask to be removed from caller list, they hang up before I can get the words out of my mouth. I went along with the call to see if I could get more information. It reached a point where they started asking for information from my credit card. I said I wouldn't share any information from my card and they hung up. Why can't something be done about them?
