This caller seems fishy. Don't answer and if you do, don't give any personal info!

Damn Charter calls me day and night! Fortunately my new phone has black list option for incoming calls and messages. Guess what? Charter, you are the first one made to that list!

Do not call this number back, I just tried it with my pre paid phone and not the number they called (my real cell). It tried to go international on my prepaid phone and gave me a message that this call was not allowed. How does that work? It does not look like an international number.
I am calling my cell service to see if I can black list this number and make sure I do not have any extra charges on my bill.

This is borderline harassment. This number calls me at least three times a day starting at 8:30 a.m. until about 7 p.m. I use Charter communications for internet only, so I know they are calling me to get me to upgrade to some bogus, incredible  package deal or some crap. I want them to stop calling me immediately. Enough is enough. Stop harassing your existing customers, or they will take their business elsewhere. Period

Need to pass a law making marketing a capital crime so we can kill these lowlifes who can't get honest work.

I've been receiving calls from this number for the last week, approximately three a day, sometimes four.  I didn't answer the call because I didn't recognize the number.  I've finally got a break in my schedule to look the number up and found that it's Charter Communications.

I called the number back.  I got an answer on the first ring from a very pleasant woman who explained that my number would be removed from the call list within 45 days.  I get that.  Okay.  I asked the representative how often they typically call each day.  She advised it was supposed to be once and then asked how many calls I had received.  I explained that in the past five-day week, I had received no less than 20 calls.  She apologized and said that should absolutely not happen and asked if she could look my account up.

Here's the funny thing, I no longer have Charter.  I had Charter a couple of years ago, but changed to another carrier due to a move.  She apologized again and explained that she had removed the number from their call list, but I may receive a few more calls.  She asked that I answer the call and advise them that I have been placed on the do-not-call list.

I write this comment because it's become so rare that one, someone actually answers the phone; two, that they are pleasant and helpful; three, they don't rush you off the phone; and finally, four, they don't try to sell you anything.  This call could have gone in a much different direction, but fortunately, it didn't.  It was pleasant and the representative was very courteous and helpful.  Charter should consider themselves lucky to have such a great representative working for them.

Just more harassment, in addition smail and email.  I offered to file a complaint with the Police about harassing phone calls, should they decide to call again.  I haven't heard from them lately (last two months) but, I expect the peace will not last.
