same situation, they call me on my cell as early as 6:00 am and as late as 10:00pm.  I have not answered, but I had already requested my free trial of that Berry crap.  Any advice on what I should do next?

yeah, I just ordered the trial Acai Berry yesterday and I have gotten several calls from this number and a 646 number today. No one answers when I pick up. They keep calling, but never leave a message... You guys got me scared, cause I just ordered the free trial. I was planning on cancelling as soon as I got the stuff. Just wanted to try a little. Hopefully I don't have a problem cancelling like some have. If they charge my account I will definitely take it up with my bank and get the charges reversed as fraudulant. These calls definitely started when I ordered the Acai Berry trial. It's from them.

Received two calls today from the following numbers 623-238-6401 and right after that got another call from 937-401-0915

I called both numbers and spoke to two people. They were both calling to confirm our order and credit number... I said what order? They said the order that we placed for some diet products.. I said we did not order anything...

I asked where he got the phone number as its on the do not call list.  He said is was from some email that it was from some email that we accepted that gave them permission to call and sell diet products..

Both my husband and I did not inquire, or ask for information on their diet products.  

I asked him to cancel our number from the list, when he tried to find out account by our cell number, there was no information.. Interesting..

Called my bank to verify that no bogus orders were placed.. Everything is okay there...

Damn it!  The first time I order something online it had to be a scam (acai berry). My fiance's gonna kill me when she finds out!

Resveratrol ULTRA  DO NOT ORDER!!!  I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!  GET THE WORD OUT!  SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I did and they are scammers!  They give you all kinds of numbers to supposedly contact them but no one picks up.  Here are my actual phone logs and live chat from today.  I have proof I placed the online order on the 20th of July, and did not get the pills til August 1st, and when I called to cancel, I found out they had already billed me $161.75, which made my checking account bounce!  They said I ordered on the 17th of July and I only had 14 day free trial (which begins from the minute you order, by the way!)

The boxes are shipped from Hollywood, FL.  There is no way to email them, they won't answer the phone when you call them.  I was actually surprised to get anyone on live chat!  SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!  EAT GRAPES OR BUY WINE!!!

All of the above-this scam says free 14 day trial then they send you the full month supply and charge you almost $60.00 bucks which they will be happy to reimburse if you send the package back to them insured and guaranteed and if they don't credit you, call back and they will try to assist.

They call 3-5 times a day and hang up on the machine so you have 3 messages that are just dial tones; very annoying.  I am calling my phone company to file a complaint.

Call your bank and tell them any charges after the initial S&H posts are unauthorized.  Your bank has an obligation to prevent further charges from occurring.  If they charge more than what you agreed to, it is unauthorized and fraudulent activity.

IT IS ABSOLUTLY A SCAM! HEED THE WARNINGS ABOVE!  If you ordered a "free trial" but had to pay shipping, then they have your credit card info.  You should canx your card!  I also had to order Call Intercept service fro Verizon to block their calls.  They have another company number that comes up (even on your cell phone!) 401.648-0571   BEWARE!

All the above is painfully TRUE,  While on hold to try and straighten out the credit card charges they tell you to go on-line to www.myordersupport.com Can anyone tell me how you can access this site?  You need a member id and a password!  Sure sounds convincing though.  What is troubling is that the "free" trial offer charged my card for the $1.99 but also  for a "foreign transaction feee",  This was also charged for the products that never shipped. Total so far over $85. Kinda wondering where the money went?  Not Phoenix,AZ or Hollywood,FL.
Going into my Bank branch on Monday with my tail between my legs and hope to cancel and stop this madness.  Wish me luck!

Everything on here is true! I cancelled the order the next day once the ghetto guy on the other line wanted to confirm my email and credit card number. I told him i didn't want to buy any colon cleanser from him. He said, "but you wanted the Acai berry" I said yes, i wanted to try the free trial but now I don't want to so please cancel the order. He said he would. And then 2 weeks later I had a charge of $82 on my credit card. And the number listed on the credit card transaction is a never ending loop of messages. I disputed the charge with my bank. Total scam
