Also got a call. I accidentally hung up on them. No message.

I work graveyard shift and they called me while I was sleeping.  I answer, and I only hear silence.  WTF?  I am canceling my service to teach them a lesson. I hardly ever use my cable anyways.

Cox Communications notifying me of possible service disruption due to working in my area. They sent an email to me last week as well.

Recieved several calls from this number recently.  It was not Cox but rather a collection agency.

Cox has terrible customer service...Have been having poor to no tv signal ever since Cox installed new cable into our area. (about a year ago)Have reported this on many occasions but still is not resolved. Last technician came out late (scheduled between 1-5pm)showed up after 5pm, here until 8pm intalled new cable from box in alley. cable now exposed in alley to house. Left tv in middle of room and disconnected the DVD set. Later that night the tv went out for several hours...Your Technician showed up without notice the next morning at 8am. Said he needed to check something in the back yard. When told the tv went out again he said to call Cox if it did it again. It has gone out many times since... Right now I would be watching the Masters Golf-but, can't as the signal is poor and unable to hear or see... Needless to say I am now contacting Qwest to see about their Direct TV....

This is indeed Cox from Phoenix.  Call the number back and Cox answers.  The agent told me that "it was a call from their autodialer....most likely a call from the sales team trying to sell me an additional COX product."  Give me a break...I am already a customer, and now you're going to call my cell phone and bug me to buy more products?  TACKKKKKKKY!!  This has happened twice recently to me within the past several months.  ANNOYING.  Even worse is that the autodialer just hangs up on you.  They don't even play a recording.

receiving calls from this number on my cell during business hours.  Picked up only once and the caller informed me they were calling from Cox, trying to up sell some annoying service or another.  I am a cox customer.  I told the caller they were calling a cell number at which time they muttered a rude comment and hung up...still getting calls which I ignore.

Got a call from this number a minute ago, saying it was cox to check if everything works ok...I don't believe they would be so nice to call every customer just to check on their service...

If this was Cox, then it was probably a follow-up call as I had a service appt this morning.

623-594-1000 called my cell phone at 6:05 PM April 2nd 2010. Now get this though, earlier today (Apr 2nd  2010) I received a call from 602-694-1380 at 2:53 PM from some weirdo who I think said his name was Jason. It felt creepy. Slimy. As if this person calling was up to no good. He said he was with Cox Communications and he was trying to reach someone else. It was established that he got my number from someone who had it before me and that's supposedly who the creep was trying to reach. I told him to remove my number from their info which is basically the same thing as saying don't call here again. So then why do I get a call from CO*KS at 6:05 PM? I don't have any SCHLOCKS (CO*KS....er....COX) services whatsoever. The entries above seem to explain the COX calls they received from COX by stating that they are COX clients. I however AM NOT. Then I read an entry that's supposed to be from an employee of CO*KS stating that the calls really aren't from CO*KS at all. So it just keeps getting better and better. Regardless of all of this however I once had a land line telephone from COX and I'll never forget all of the harassment and unprofessionalism I experienced. I would never do business with them again. They're just another slimy big business that doesn't give a damn about individuals or their civil rights. ONLY groups. They're never worried about totally reaming an individual client nor are they worried about whatever actions that lone individual may take against them. As long as COX never screw around with the majority of their clients they couldn't care less about abusing a small minority of them. They would only fear a GROUP of individuals taking action against them. COX sucks CO*KS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call on my pay-as-you-go account (while at work).  I didn't answer and no message left.  Yes, this number is still listed on the WWW as Cox customer support, but I have never been a Cox customer (and am not in their service area).  Hope this doesn't happen again.

I get this number along with 4 other numbers that call me 4 times a day. they got my number from ordering a prescription online. never give out your real phone number when ordering from an unknown website online. use a pre paid phone instead. I have to constantly block these numbers from my cell phone every 3 months.

This phone number is associated with Cox Communications. I call  them and sometimes, if I'm lucky, they call me back.

I try to call many time isend... you$54.01 &send the rest of the bill  by aug 15 2015

The caller name on caller I.D is Stephen Grizley.
He DOES NOT represent Cox Communications.
I also received numerous calls and did a little investigating.
I would suggest blocking this number from your cell phones as I have done.

Calling to verify service for Cox connection and address for service. I normally does answer these calls but he caught me off guard and I took the call.
