Couldn't understand a word they were saying

Received a call from 623-745-3829 (Phoenix, AZ).  When answered, the caller remained silent.  When returned the call, the caller had a Indian or Pakistani broken British-English accent.  Accordingly, they represent Mid Atlantic Credit Agency and wanted to talk to a Cynthia Aaron (or Aries, or Ares, Annes, or Arnes or Morales).  After Google-ling Mid Atlantic, no Arizona office phone number was listed as such.  Please don't answer or call this number.

"unknown name" on the caller ID. I like letting the fax machine answer and scream in their ear, or at least tie up
their robodialer for a minute. Seems like a whole new round of spoofed numbers lately.

I just had a call from this phone # it was a man with a Pakistani accent that kept saying he had a call holding for me - and his name was "George" and I heard a hello from an older man of Pakistani accent saying hello, and I hung up. When I asked x3 who was calling he kept saying his name was "George".

Called, no.message.

Also receive a call, 9:15am. I'm in kitchen must run back to phone and nothing, no message. I'm 68 badly arthritic. I'm afraid since DOGE stopped USAID and several more fake agencies disguised for money laundering, we are going to be hit hard this summer from Phish and Scammers looking for money. FCC must be replaced as they don't care about us be spammed constantly from everything and everywhere the repetitious ADs or the damn intrusive phone calls.
