This is from Gameshours from 8ZPTY. thanking me for subscribing (which I did not) and that they would take £2 per week from my O2 account. this a scam. I phoned O2 who have put a block on this and I have text STOP to 62442 who sent another message saying that I had unsubscribed. Figurines crossed. This scam needs to be sorted . i understand it is also happening from other sources.

This is also happening through EE at £3.00 per week to Wapstar games. Its a viral scam. I see no change in my bank account though....

just had a text from this stating I had subscribed - I had not - and would be charged £3 a week o2 via giff gaff Am contacting giff gaff and o2

I'm on EE and received a message from this number saying 'to verify your purchase of express.win from Mi Telecom for £2 enter 1356'. underneath it shows '03308803000'.

This seems to be a fraudulent message, and judging by the 0330 number above, it's related to subscription like competitions in newspapers (in this case, the Daily Express). I have not read the newspaper and do not enter newspaper competitions.

Delete the message straight away if you receive it.
