calls leaves no message more than once

received a call from this company at 945pm. have received several calls around this time from different numbers that appear to be companies that frequently call from the do not call registry.

Last several weeks received numerous calls from this number - The last time I picked up the call from The Share Group and I went ballister yelling, screaming, cursing etc and told to take me off their call list- Have not received any calls since

This number calls me about 4 times a day now for over a week. I don't pick up. It says Share Group on the ID screen. Reading over the messages here leads me to wonder if my support to the ACLU prompted this. It's so annoying. I have never answered the phone, so I can't comment on that aspect...some are reported here and sound bizarre.

Same old, same old: If you ignore the phone they leave no message and if you answer the phone there's no one on the line.  I have not donated to the ACLU so I'm guessing Share Group got our number from some other place.  I'm starting to think that the best way to donate is with cash or an anonymous money order or cashiers check so they can't get your address/phone number to sell!

They are the most annoying telemarketers ever!  They should be stopped immediately!

Called in the afternoon - didn't answer.  (Thanks for all the reports!)

Called on 10/22, 10/31 and 11/4.  Never anyone on the line just silence and hangs up.  This line is my business line (cell phone).

They call me every night between 6:30 and 7:30.  I think next time I'll answer, tell the person on the line "just a second...", and put him on hold.

I've been having the same problem and just filed a complaint with the FCC.  I listed this number and several others that all say Share Group Inc.  I finally called the direct DC # on their website and got a human.  I told "Consuela" that I opted out multiple times, am on the do not call registry, have privacy director, etc. and still they harrass me. Told her I filed complaints with the FCC, BBB, local police and I was about to send emails to every news agency in the country.  She PROMISED to remove me from their database.  We'll see.  BTW, I have donated to the Humane Society but not the ACLU.  I guess I'll call the Humane Society and tell them they just lost my donations... Too bad.  Love the animals.

Basic complaint as above. But, I'll hunt them down and destroy the jerks.

I have gotten on so many solicitors lists it's pitiful.  So far Outreach Associates has 6 numbers and they called almost hourly.  I kept yelling at them and they finally quit; at least for now.  It is a shame that when you find a cause you believe in and you donate they sell your info.  I gave to the ASPCA and now PETA is down my throat.  This is my first call from these [***] and I bet it won't be the last.

Called and asked for one of us by name. I've had multiple calls from these guys from multiple numbers, most are silent hangups. I think they are fakes, not really collecting for the causes, but themselves and trying to dry up legitimate donations to groups by harassing donors. Share Group was involved in the harassment calls in the 2004 election according to a source I found on the web when researching them.

Got a call, didn't answer but waited for the answering machine to pick up.  No message left.  I *69'd it, and was given this number.  Have no idea who they are.  I thought I was on the national do not call list.
