I'm reporting them to the no call list. If we all do this and call our elected reps (both federal and state) we might get this to stop. We need to ask for JAIL time for these criminals. I wonder how much money they cost us with their stupid calls. If they had bothered reading about our company they'd know they can't call us during the day (have a regular job then). Get on the no call list and then report EVERY call.

Quit calling me. I am on the no call list. I have reported you already and will report you each time you call. If you don't have enough integrity to honor the no call list WHY would I do business with you? As far as I'm concerned any business that doesn't honor the no cal list are committing a crime. There are a ton of complaints about your calls on the web. You might want to look at the damage such calls do to your company.

They are Crescent Processing Company. Never, Never give out info to the rude callers. Crescent owners should read these posts. If had that type of emplyee I'd be out of business. I suppose they don't sell anythimng. The "owner "is never in.

The phone number to their corporate office is (214) 271-8075. Call, then press 0, and wait for the operator. Tell them to put you on their do not call list. If your number is registered as a business line, the DNC list doesnt apply (which is crazy). So you have to ask personally for them to take you off. Of course, they hang up on you before you can ask, so you have to call the corporate office. Good luck to you all!

These jerks call, let the phone ring 3 times and then go away. This happens almost daily. Being on the Do Not Call list appears to be useless as the Feds have decided to not do any work enforcing the rules. They now want us to do their work for them. The US needs to stop looking like they are doing something and actually do something. Laws don't enforce themselves. Stop spam calls!

They called and asked for the owner. Anyone who really wanted to get ahold of me would know my name. I acted confused and said this isn't a business. They never called again.

I couldn't understand them very well either, but it sounded like they were trying to sell me anal love beads as well. I don't want any anal love beads, so I hung up on them!

It is Crescent Processing Co, main office Dallas, Texas. Offices in Burbank, W. Covina, and Los Angeles.  They are trying to sell and or scam you into using their credit card processing system. I would call the attorney general in the state the call originated and file a claim.

Frequent calls...hang up mid-sentence...next time I'll say hold please and put them on hold awhile

They called asking me to volunteer as a 'Scratch and Sniff' cat box demonstrator @ Platinum Plus.

They call all the time. Today I asked how they were and the lady said "Ruth" from "Diamond Processing" then hung up.

Got the first of many call,s I am sure, today.  
They asked for the owner. I asked who may I say is calling? The lady on the line said Diamond Processing. The Caller ID said Crescent. I asked if they were a credit card processing company? She asked if I was the owner. I said No I was fielding calls for him. But she had hung up befor I finished talking.

This is a Cold Calling Telemarketing company.

I would reccomend against trying to do business with this Company. If their customer service is a good as their Telemarketers then all you will get is the run around.
