Got the call at 7:30 am this morning. Recorded message saying last call from IRS. I believe IRS would contact you by mail.

This number 630 893 9893 is a SCAM. They claims that they are from IRS and this is the final notice.
I know that IRS never attempted to call you over the phone! Don't answer it.

The number 6308939893 called and said they were the IRS and they are filing a suit against us. They left a call back number but it wasn't a complete telephone number.

I received a call yesterday from this number stating that they were receiving error messages from my computer. A man with an Indian accent calling himself Allen Ash from a company called "Expert Wizard identified himself on the phone. I've not been feeling well and was far less suspicious than usual- he sounded legit to me at the time. He had me type some stuff into my computer and he took control of it at that point, pulling up a box that showed over 5,000 rootkit infections (which I knew were NOT there). I started getting suspicious and said I needed to contact my husband about it before we went any further. I hung up the phone. He then turned my laptop's webcam on THREE TIMES after the hang up call (thank God for tape over the webcam lens), and accessed my personal photos on the computer. He removed the notepad document that he had typed his information out on, as well.  I turned off the internet then and beefed up security, changed passwords, ran several antivirus and rootkit removers, and my computer is fine.
Be careful.

Got a call from these wasters although didn't get to pick it up, maybe as well reading the comments on this site.
I had a call fro a similar number a few days ago so that number can be blocked as well so if you also see - 12102490540 could well be the same wasters using a different number. Never got the guts to leave a message tho' - strange that !

Just got a automated call from this number. They gave a number to call back - 202-241-8294. When I called the other number back, they claimed they were with the IRS and that I owed money. Funny thing is I just got a letter from the real IRS and I new this was a scam and called them out on it. He said his name was Officer Darryl Mark with an obvious Indian accent. Lying Jokers!

This was just in the news about Scammers calling people claiming to be from the IRS or some Goverment Agency.those people are very rude and aggressive and scammed a lot of people already telling them there is a Warrant out and they will call your place of work. It was suggested to report this number so it can be shut down like so many others

received a call at 5:15 AM saying this was my last and final notice that the I was being sued by the IRS.  Obviously they aren't aware of which and when time zones are being called.  

Got a call from 630-893-9893. Left a recording claiming to be the IRS filing a law suit.  Received 4 calls in the same day with the same exact recording. The calls were from different parts of the U.S.  This is a scam!

The call I got was someone telling me the IRS is suing me. They said to avoid the suit to call back at 209-813-2917. Needless to say, I didn't. Robo call.

Scam Alert now the number is claiming it the IRS saying your being sued for tax fraud, it tells you to call a NY number dont call it.

This message purported to be from the IRS and claimed that they were getting ready to file a lawsuit against me!

I received a message saying that IRS is filling a sue against me and to get more information I have  to call 202- 657-4941.  Because I have a caller ID, this call came from Roselle IL, 630-893-9893.
I called the first number and a woman with an accent called herself OFFICER Jenny PETER, was threatened me that I have 3 criminal cases and that I have have two options to clear my case.  1. paying the amount of 1,497.57 the same day or 2. To file the case with the court and it will cost 15,000 dollars.  I never give my name to this person neither my name is on the phone company.  After I requested the information to be sent by mail she said that she can not do that and started to threaten me again to submit my case to the court.  After I told her that she will received a phone call from my lawyer she stopped talking.
We need to stop these people.

stated they were the IRS and had been trying to contact us numerous times.  the number they then leave states we need to call it immediately because the IRS is sueing us

I had a message on my recorder calling me from (630) 893-9893 saying it was the IRS and to call back (917) 310-1313. I called back and a Indian man answered and asked for my name he then pulled up my address and said if I was aware of the serious allegations against me. I told him I'll have my attorney contact them and he hung up on me. SCAM

this woman told me that she was from IRS and this was my Official final notice and they had a law suit against me and told me to call her on there dept number at 315.215.1094...lol i will right away just sit there and wait on the phone to ring.

Two phone call were received 4/29. The first one from 630-690-2396 at 9:08 am central time. A woman  stated  "This was officially the final notice from the IRS, the Internal Revenue Service.  The reason for the call was to inform you that the IRS is filing a law suit against you.  To found out more information about this case file 206-249-7322 immediately."  The second call was from the same Illinois area code 630-893-9893 at 2:04 pm central time. Same woman's robo voice left the same message.  Interestingly enough the return area code is a Seattle number. This is a ridiculous scam!!  Be aware!
