...number logged right after lunch..no message

i just got this call today as well. I did not answer.... I have never heard of the number before, but after reading everyone's comments, i am guessing it either has something to do with voting or a computer generated spam call....

I just double checked. It is definitely a telemarketing call. do not answer or they will sell your number to other companies and let them know that the number is active and that you have answered it before. it will cause a waterfall of junk callers.

Caller ID said customer service from Shoreham, NY. Called twice. I've never answered and they've never left a message.

It's that same message from a security firm, that I was referred to them. Spam. I blocked on the one mobile, but can't on my old one. It's a flip phone that holds a charge for days on end.

You didn't just swear at them heartily? They won't call back. Beats changing a number.

They called me earlier. Did not answer. Glad we can check these things on the Internet after receiving them.

It's just another annoying call. All unidentified calls not on caller ID don't get answered.

'We're in your area.  Press one if you want a free security system!'  This is my WORJK phone, and since it is on a federal reservation it is unlikely they are in my AREA!

Very annoying just don't answer and it will go away

I was getting a bunch of these calls for a security system a month ago and after a couple of weeks it stopped.  Then on Monday it started up again from a different phone number!  I called back to try to speak to a supervisor but got an automated system to press 1 to have your phone number removed from the caller's list.  I did press 1 and after their 48 business hours processing time, the phone calls did stop so I thought I'd pass this solution on.

It was a recorded message asking if I wanted a home security system.
