This place is a scam. They called my father's house who I haven't lived with in over twenty years and said she was from the county I lived in and I had an outstanding debt and I was going to be served if I didn't contact them. Her name was Sarah Levey and the first time she called from 888-416-4980 and the next time was from 888-380-3516. If you are really worried call the company that they say you owe and ask questions and explain what is going on. I also say file police reports for harrasment and have the family member who is being called file one too. Either way what this place is doing is unlawful. They say pay this amount and we will take it off your credit report too. It's all lies. They use threats and scare tactics to make you pay.

I have been getting calls from these idiots for months. Sometimes I answer, sometimes I hold down the # button (doesn't work), sometimes I just ignore them and let it go to voicemail (they don't leave a message) or I decide that for some yuks I'll answer (I have no debts, never had). Today I went ahead and answered because they called the 3rd time in as many hours. AGAIN the woman said that someone named "Ronny Reed" had given my name as an emergency contact. I've never known anyone with even a remotely similar name. Once again, I told her this and once again she said she was sorry to bother me and would remove my name from the calling list. I told her that she has told me the same thing for several months and that if I get any further calls from them I will file criminal charges against her and the entire company. Again she apologized and said she would remove my name and number from their calling list and I would not be bothered by them again. So let's see if she was, once again, lying.

Same "Pre-legal" bs message saying that I could stop a civil suit as long as I called back by 2pm.  They identified the company as "CS Processing" but John Stevenson was given as the contact.  With all the laws being passed, how is it that the caller ID spoofing keeps happening and the threats of lawsuits continue.

I am getting calls and messages from some company claiming to be Levy and Stevenson.  They have called people I know and people I don't know, but they have the same last name as mine and leaving information with them regarding a claim I have with them.  I don't know these people or how this company has the authority to pick numbers at random because a person has the same last name and lie about having a claim in my name.  I have received calls from 631-755-5542, 631-247-9920 and other 631 area code numbers.  I have contacted my lawyer regarding this and he is in the process of tracking these people down.  Someone needs to stop these people.

Omg these peoples won't stop calling. And when you call them back, all they can say is that they are a SWITCHBOARD system. That's a bunch of B.S. I had try many ways to get more info so I can report them. So far I got a ext. 302. To report against but I don't know if it will help.

Had someone calling indicating my sister had a pre-legal matter. The person in reference was not even my sister. Said I needed to call "Sara Levy" by the end of the day or the matter would go to court. Gave me a case number and said that somebody was bringing a civil suit against my sister. Complete scam...do not believe them or give them any info!!!

DO NOT give CS Processing any personal info. It is a cheap telemarketing tactic to force you in providing them more info by stating that there is a "substantial lawsuit being filed against you in your county", but will not provide any further info regarding the reason. They want you to provide them with more personal info by going to a website.  They use the internet to locate an address and phone number by searching your name and use it against you.

The website www.beauthorized.com is registered to a company in Florida and using Discreet Privacy Service, which protects them from being identified.  Legitimate companies do not operate this way. DO NOT fill out any info on this website as it will be used against you.

If this was legitimate then you would have received something in writing from a debtor.

If you continue to get harrassing calls from them, tell them that you are recording the conversation and going to file a complaint with the state attorney general's office.  Ensure that you have taken notes on what was discussed and the phone number from your called ID.

Just got a call from CS Processing, they say there is a serious case involving my ex-husband, and left a number to call. 1-888-416-4980 when I called to ask what this was all about I got told the number is no longer in service. So I looked on my caller id, the number is totally different. It is the 631-247-9920 number given here. I tried to call that number but it didn't work either. I have heard so much bad about scams involving phone calls that I was wondering should I report this. And how do I make them stop calling me.

Well I don't think they will ever call me again, I told the guy to go ahead and process me, and that since I can't pay I can go to jail, and at least in jail I can get my teeth pulled, three square meals a day for awhile and a roof over my head that doesn't leak....... The sad part is its true....all of it...I have 15 broken teeth and can't get any help........ All I am doing is sitting around waiting for the good Lord to come get me and take me to a better place. He thought well maybe he could get $200 from me. I told him if I had $200 dollars I could at least get the tooth pulled that is keeping me up at nights and making my neck swell up like a balloon. He told me he was sorry and hung up......He hung up knowing he wasn't going to get anything from me... Just a few days ago I had to pull one of my own molars. The pain of pulling it was less than the pain I was dealing with.

Too funny - dryer lint and toasters!  Have to remember that!  Got a call this morning from a guy named "John Baker" and he did identify his company as "CS Processing", told me to call John Stevenson at the 888-416-4980 number, even gave me a case number in Harris County, Texas - said it was a civil claim.  I say, "Stand in line" - you'll get it when I get it!  Morons!

had a blast today messing with the female, I called probably 10 times asking for a business # or anything to tell me they are legit....she actually said "you can go f..." and then corrected herself and said politely to stop harrassing her hhahahahah! try it press *67 first so they can't track your # then when they answer give them a bogus name and case file....Martha Stewart lol....and ask to speak with john stephenson....the more people that mess with them serves em right!

Received a call from "cs processing" they said there was a legal claim against me, gave me a case number, would not give a name, transfer me to rep, witch was elevator music, then got a busy signal. GOOD BYE.

Received a call this morning for my daughter. They are saying she owes a bill from 2003 to 2006 . If money is not sent by two oclock today they will process through court in wayne county. and give me name of sara levy and a case number. but address in michigan and ohio phone number. something is fishy

Have received 2 calls on my business phone from this cs processing but they leave a recorded message looking for someone I have never heard of and stating a case number.  It's the 1-888 number then on the caller ID it's the 631-247-9920.  At first I thought it was a client calling but when I listened more intently I realized it was something I won't even deal with and I deleted the messages.  

I don't have any debts in collection on the business or personal side.  Don't ever give out any personal information about yourself to anyone that calls you.  And if you do have a legitimate debt you'll receive a letter from the debtor, not a phone call threatening you.

Told me I had a debt of on a checking account from 8 years ago. told me if I did not pay the money my wedges would be garnished and all my bank accounts would be frozen until the money was paid, also that I would have to go to court. I have not got anything in the mail about a payment anywhere other than my normal bills, I truly believe that this is just a scammer

dont worry about these scammers they are not attorneys and the debt they have has probabley been satisfied already.
