This number has called about once an hour for the past 3 hours today alone.  I do not recognize the number, so let the machine pick it up.  Naturally the caller hangs up after 4 rings.  

There have been a lot of news reports of phone scams, and this smacks of one.  If the number is being used to call out, then it must be a valid number!  They obviously have an automated ansereing servce that prompts for an invalid number if someone tries to contact them.  This screams SCAM!

this number calls my cell several times. they never leave a message.

got a call from someone selling diabetic equipment.  When I told this salesman the patient had passed away, the sob had the gall to ask if there was any one else in the home suffering with diabetes. this is absolutely the epitome of inconsideration I have ever heard of from an american company.  I would love to find out the name of the GD place and write to its president.  However if this is th caliber of people they hire I doubt the president is any better.

They called twice in 10 minutes.  The area code is a valid New York code, but callercomplaint.com lists it as a "spoofed" number. Whoever is doing this has the electronics knowhow to send a false caller id when they initiate a call!!

Henri might be onto something when he says the calls are "spoofed". I've received 4 unsolicited calls from 4 different reps of "Diabetic Health Network". None of them would give me a company telephone # or address; but *69 gave me 631 652 1575. The number could not be accessed by the *69 call-back system.
Web-sites complaining about this number led me to Huntington Station, New York as the (supposed) location of the number. However, there is no 'DHN' business, charity,or non-profit organization listed with the NY State Attorney General or Licensing departments or in NY scam-watch sites. There is a 'Diabetic Health Network' website that has never been constructed.

I called the FCC as suggested in a post here; but the FCC is only responsible for unwanted calls from businesses as they relate to the 'Do Not Call' list. They concurred that the 631 652 1575 effort is a scam or mutiple scams and referred me to the FTC, which is charged to gather information about communications-based scams. The FTC was friendly to me. However, they told me I had done everything that could be done to find 'Diabetic Health Network'.

Hmmmm, I don't think so. If any of you live in New York state, you might help us all by contacting legislators in your area and in Suffolk County, where 'DHN' or the phony telephone number is supposedly located. While neither the Suffolk County Better Business Bureau nor the Chamber of Commerce has a listing for 'DHN' or anyone doing business as 'DHN', they might not like scammers using their county as a center for attacks across the USA. (Who knows what these foreign-accented representatives are fishing for when they claim "to have knowledge" of your personal health and then want to "survey" you as to the health status of others in your household? -which leads me to wonder if Homeland Security knows who these folks are and what they up to if they really do "have knowledge of [medical records that are supposedly private]"?)

i just a call from this number and they said they were from Cash4Gold. but wut i find funny, is my number is registerd un my inlaws name and not mine and they asked for me.

It is too bad that a person like this has a very low esteem of themselves.  I hope they are very careful when crossing an intersection against a walk light.

V10201254040120. I heard someone say hello then nothing. No message.

I Have Receive 10 to 12 Calls from this Number Daily, as seen on My Caller I.D. As I`m sitting here writing this Email, received a Call from (631) 652-1575. I Change my Voice to a little old Lady, & they responded. Asking my name, I asked their name? Caller claimed to be a Company contacting Senior Citizens who have Diabetes. Do I have Diabetes? I said No...and since I don`t please Stop calling me...They hung up... It`s a SCAM praying on Senir Citizens.... Be Careful Folks......Mr. "D".....

My experience mirrors most of the others I've read about.  I screen my calls, so haven't answered or attempted to call back, but the calls continue frequently. I went online to find out where the area code is located and found all of these messages.  Thanks for letting me know I'm wise not to answer when this number comes up.

called 3 times last evening between 8:00 and 8:30pm. Caller Id has v10212046240120 {what is that} for name. I never answer and dont call back. That is why I have caller id and an answering machine. Jerks

If you have an answering machine, set it so that it picks up on the second ring.
Leave your usual "we will call you back" message. Those using computers to detect whether you answer or not, will not go beyond one ring because they do not want to pay for a call to an answering machine. It has virtually stopped all crap calls to my number. Friends and family just leave their name/number.  You can always pickup when they start to talk if you wish.

got a call called it back and says its a non-working number

i got this call 9:35 a.m. cst

not sure who it is i called back and its disconnected. Isn't this illegal?

call came through said they were a credit repair company, i asked why they were calling they hung up on me!

This is the 4th call from these people. Now they do not show a number when they call. I'm getting pissed.
