Called today.  Number is not in service.  Called the number to service my account later this afternoon only to find that they had made an error.  My monthly payment is made the same time every month, but this month they applied my payment to my principal  I was livid.

Received call from 800-881-5099 that sounds like an alert system for emergencies. Message said This is Citi-mortgage with important information about my account and that I must call by the 19th. Called the number back and entered the code. Wanted last four of my SSN...so I hung up and came to my computer to see if anyone else had received a call from this number.

Payments have all been on time...not calling back again after reading all of the above.

I have been called several times from 6362619117. It is scary to be ask to leave the last four digits of your SS.

This phone number is calling me 3 times a day.I live in Alberta Canada.I did call them back this morning and told them,that they have been calling me on a numerous basis.Do they not know that my area code is a canadian one? They keep asking for a Michael E Redman.

I can feel with you, since April of this year I'm getting calls for a Michael Sabin, told them twice before that I don't know that person, but they keep calling back, today that same number called earlier and I call back again and told them to leave me alone and I was told my number will be taken from their call list and what happens I just got another call. I'll try to file a harassment complaint against them with the BBB, I hope it will help

They call about a non existing mortgage. Don't give them any information, it is a phishing scam.

Identified my mortgage and alleged that payment was past due. , asked for last 4 of my social, then connected to option to pay from checking account and asked for account number.

All automated, no option to call back

Received a robo-call to my cell phone. as per usual, I don't talk. They knew my name and my wife's. Claimed to be Citi-morgage. I know for fact that I do not give the cell phone number out to financial companies. Has Verizon been hacked?

After getting these annoying calls a couple times and they sounded suspicious - here's the deal.  It IS CitiMortgage and in my case they were calling about a payment-due amount change in my mortgage as driven by changing local taxes.  Effectively there was a new payment due amount that I must have missed the snail-mail notice about.

If you are getting these annoying calls - call CitiMortgage directly by checking their web page for a real contact number and talk to a mortgage rep.
