I began getting calls a few months ago and sometimes there are numerous calls per day - never any message and the 2 times I did pick up there was no response.  "Delta Outsourcing" shows on my caller ID.

I got a couple of calls from this number asking for a "Steven".  The second guy sounded like he was stoned, so I thought "wrong number". Once I found that they were a debt collection company, I called them back, asking who they were and why they were calling.  I explained that I had been a victim of identity theft year's ago and was concerned that someone might have given them my number (i'm putting in a bid to buy a house, so that is the last thing I need!).  The lady was very curteous and mentioned that my number was already removed from their database after yesterday's call.

Year's ago when I had the identity theft problem, it was actually the call from a debt collector that tipped me off to the fact.  They were much more helpful in helping me get started to resolve that problem than the Carbondale, IL police (worthless IMO) and the credit reporting bureaus, Equifax being the worst.

So, if they are calling you truly in error, talk to them because it might tip you off that a third party may have stolen your identity.

Non stop numbers from these guys - I've called back 4 times and each time they say "we don't have your phone number on file - we're not the ones calling you" but I'm re-dialing the number that's calling me and hanging up! Also, I've reconfirmed I have NO debt with them or anyone else 4 times! Is there anything I can do about this!?!?

It's  a debt collector.  I called and had my name taken off the call list  They were looking for someone by an unknown name to me.  No prob they took my # off.

Just got a text message this morning asking, "Is this item still available?" followed by the heading on my craigslist post. I'm in WV, on the Kentucky line. They're nowhere near me.

I have received calls from this number several times. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know, and when I let it ring, they hang up after a couple rings. They never leave a message either. I recommend never answering if this number calls.

They usually do not leave amessage. However, once I was irritated and answered. The man on the other end kept asking for birthdate, name, etc.

Report these guys because they are obviously out for no good!

This guy name "Shaun Mcawhorter" the supervisor has "put his all" and saved me quiet a bit 6-7 thousand dollars! Setup a big chunck of payment for 6 months to pay off the outstanding balance.  We swtiched information, set up the acct, bank info ect.ect.
Shortly after, i looked them up online, and came across nothing but scam reviews. I immediately called them back and asked for a cancellation. Get this!
-a lady answers, i ask for shaun. She studders and says shaun is in a meeting. I told her i want to cancel, she says oh wait i can get him. She transfers me over, a man picks up. This guy doesnt sound like the shaun we have been communicating with. I demand we cancel. He puts me on hold. After a long 10 minute hold. SHAUN ANSWERS! Hes like how can i help you? Im like i just spoke to you 10mins ago and explained i want to cancel. Hes like oh okay, yeah that was me. Im just busy. I told him i want to hire an attorney and grt legal advice first before we make a payment with u guys. He had a SARCASTIC, REMARKS of yes! I can cancel "ALL THE PAPER WORK I WENT THRU FOR A WEEK JUST FOR YOU", AND AFTER YOU WASTE MONEY ON THE ATTORNEY FEES, AND CALL US BACK, AND "IF" YOU HAVE MONEY LEFT TO MAKE A PAYMENT TOWARDS US.
I thought to myself. 💭
A week? We just spoke last thursday! And its only monday! And a BBB corporate is not open on weekends. And its only the following monday you contacted us back!!
To disclose & get him off the phone, i told him i feel best if we get legal advice at a legal office. He then suggests if i call money cash to explain their procedures, would i feel better??
I refused and suggested legal advice from a legal licensed attorney.  I recapped they dont bother our bank information we had given him. and hes says no we wont bother it. I say thank you. Before i tell him this is the end of the conversation....... ......He just hangs up!!

This is NOT NOT a legit company.  They called saying they were calling from my bank, which is ONLY local, My bank said they definitely are  not legit. Trying to get me to confirm  my birthday and address before they would talk to me, BS. Don't give it they are a trying to get info to hack your accounts.

I called this number back after no message was left after 4 successive calls to my new cell phone.  Spoke to a Delta Outsource Collection rep, who provided a name I didn't know, and stated he'd remove my number from that account.

Delta outsource group is calling my disabled son's cell phone non stop so here is the number they are using now out of Minnesota. 651-318-2936.

I received a call from this number @ 9:15 am cst, like the others commented. I did not answer as I did not recognize number. I immediately checked to see who it was ( via the Internet) just to read all these comments. I blocked my number, called back, got machine, was placed on brief hold where a Mike with delta one outsource group answered. I just stated bluntly "I just received a call from u guys, I read yall are SCAMS, DO NOT CALL MY NUMBER AGAIN I AM REPORTING YOU. Mike stated well how ho I know what number you called from since u blocked it. Then hung up. And I'm here writing this.  TRY n CALL ME AGAIN!

I've gotten several calls for someone I don't  not . I have advise them they have the wrong number and I don't know this person and yet some arrogant man keeps calling asking me the same stupid question.
