i received a call from this number and it was indeed from the army and they wanted to do a survey over the phone with me. Part of the survey includes questions pertaining to Singapore's water and SG-Malaysia bilateral relationship. Of course, some personnel questions as well such as current employment status, family status, etc etc.

The caller claimed that this survey will be used in govt planning. so i asked if they do this regularly, he said no. it is done three times a year and a random bunch will be selected as the pool of NS-Men is huge.

No personal information were revealed on my end.
Neither my name, address nor email will given out at all.
