got a call at 9:33 didnt answer but i called back and they answered law offices of mitchell kay. I hung up because I knew it was shady.

I just started receiving calls from this number; I did not answer the phone it came up as a blocked number

got a call from this [***]...said he is with Mitchell law office and trying to collect a debt from my husband...when telling him that i take care of the bills he got short with me and demanded to speak with my husband...he asked alot of personal questions like names and how they are spelled and last 4 of social security numbers.....when i threated to call the BBB on them he hung up on me.  do not trust these people they are trying to steal your credit.

I also got a call from this number. An India lady kept asking me for John Purdue. I told her John was died 50 years ago. He was the founder of Purdue University. She said, "so you are not John Purdue?"   How could I. By the way, I am a female.

Called asking for my daughter's ex Mother in Law.  Stated they were sorry and would never call again when questioned where they got the number from.

Caller-Id:646-383-1481 getting call's very often from this number .These people will never try to leave a message.When we answer the call they talk bla bla bla......

Got a call from this number today, asking for the person who had this number before us, that was over 3 years ago and there still calling asking for her, when i tell them she no longer has this number and to check with our phone company to verify I am who I say I am, they just tell me that they will try back later.... WHICH THEY DO.

when i called the number back, it goes straight to a voice mail service

Call caller who called under a "private caller," which came up on my caller I.D., apparently refused to *82, to reviel themselves. Called playing guessing game. Being that caller refused to identify themselves, according to my laws, "If you can't identify yourself then, you have the wrong number." I had called back the number, because, being that apparently, this call was placed on a private and non-publish line, two can play the same game. Knowing that my number will not appear. I call and to my suprise it was the law office of Mitchell N. Kay. I graceyly hung up.  I have spoken to someone in this office once before, advising them that I have filed for bankruptcy, and here they are again, not following the law themselves. I even gave the person my case #.  I felt this was outright sneaky because, they were trying to corner me in a trap.  Most professional law offices don't hide their identify. Apparently, they're not as professional as they may "Think," they are!  By the way, they are attempting to collect a bill from T-Mobile, for $243.00 (must be pretty desperate to collect such a small amount.) The reason why this was not paid out, was because the actual bill was $153.00. T-Mobile, is another notorious cell phone company, who decide they have the right to take back what ringer you have purchased and paid for, as well as for upload any software, regarding games. T-Mobile, owes me back what I have purchased and paid long before my bill went into default.

Received call from this number on a Saturday afternoon.  Didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  That is how I handle telemarketers and other telephone intruders at my private home number.  No message was left on the answering machine.

Caller asking for someone that does not live here.  They would not tell me how the got my number.  I called back to see who it was they answered as some law office.  The person that answered got very rude with me when I told the to remove my number from their list.

this has helped stop many solicitors.  But they are finding ways around this obviously.........this call came up as Private Name.  I also am still receiving unkown caller; unkown name........is there anything to stop this insanity.........

i get calls from these ppl everyday
they called me just now
a few weeks ago they called asking for me i said it is me they said i owed bills xD
im 10 >.> I DONT OWE ANYTHING
then they call the next day asking for a dude named michael
then the next day saying wrong number
then the next when i asked them to take me off their list they cursed me out
today they called saying that they are gonna press charges unless i pay a 900 dollar bill that i dont have on a credit card i cant even get becuase i bought a widescreen tv i dont even own

I got a call from this number when I answered and there was no one there, I waited for there to be someone there and there was nothing. So called them back and told them to stop calling. The guy asked if there was Monica Something, I told him that he had the wrong number they apologized for calling me and supposedly took my number off their list.
