    What we do
    How does First USA® protect my personal information?     To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We authorize our employees to get your information only when they need it to do their work, and we require companies that work for us to protect your information.
    How does First USA® collect my personal information?     We collect your personal information, for example, when you
    open an account or provide us with your income information
    pay your bills or apply for a loan
    use your credit or debit card


    We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus or other companies.
    Why can't I limit all sharing?     Federal law gives you the right to limit only
    sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness

    What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?     Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.

    Definitions
    Affiliates     Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
    First USA® does not share with our affiliates.
    Non affiliates     Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
    Nonaffiliates we share with can include companies such as retailers, auto dealers, auto makers and membership clubs.
    Joint Marketing     A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
    Our only joint marketing partner is the financial institution named on your credit card.

    VT: Accounts with a Vermont mailing address are automatically treated as if they have limited the sharing as described on page 1. For joint marketing we will only disclose your name, contact information and information about your transactions.

    These are NOT legitimate telemarketers...this is an Identity Theft criminal operation attempting to trick you into giving up your personal and banking information. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION; DON'T PICK UP THE CALLS. Doesn't matter if you tell them to stop; it's not a legitimate business, it's a criminal operation...they don't care.

    This number is not based in New York...these scammers are calling from abroad using number "spoofing" technology. Via a "spoofing" service, these criminals can actually make any number they want appear on your caller ID to hide their actual location. When you call the number back, you either get a busy signal, no answer, or a recorded message because you weren't actually called by a "646" number.

    If you are getting calls or texts from this number, odds are you are or will shortly be getting calls from other random numbers as well...the truth is, they are all coming from the SAME ID theft operation abroad. When you block one of their "spoofed" numbers, they just make up another one to show up on your caller ID...no one in NY, Idaho, Florida, Texas...podunk USA... is making these calls

    Have received calls from this # several times. When calling the # back, get a recording that calls cannot be received at this time...I press 221 to get an option to leave my #. I put the # in for the FCC, have done it several times.
