Thank you to the person names Sandy on this website.  I called 989-497-0580, the Secret Service.  If you have paid anything to these people they will need to speak to you.  If you have not, the person on the phone will refer you to www.ftc.gov, the Federal Trade Commission, where you will need to file a report.

We all are victims of Identity Theft.  We all need to report to the 3 credit bureaus this information, contact our banks and watch our banks closely.

I have been having these harrassing calls on my cell phone, at work and their even calling my relatives.  And the worst thing of it all, I never applied for a payday loan.  I am thinking that these people are hacking certain sights and gathering information on us.

They'll say that they are from the Federal Crimes Investigation and tell you that there are several crimes against you, that you will need to go to court and that you will be hauled to jail...and God bless.

One time, I was able to ask where their location was and they pointed out a location in Costa Mesa.  I was able to locate that location with the same company name they said they were from.  I called the actual location, with the same name, which was a law firm.  This law firm said that they were getting calls asking about the same kind of thing, but it wasn't them.  See, even certain law firms are now victims of identity theft too.

Who are these people?  They started calling me at work now too, but I advised them of these people and that they are not allowed to call the company now.

Funny, their calls come in spurts.  And when you call them back, their numbers don't work.  What kind of ring is this?  Whatever you do, don't ever pay them - EVER!

i have got the same types of calls saying that i was going to be arrested and dragged into court for some loan that i owe and they were going to sue me and hinder my soc but the number i have for simon marshall is a (407) number and i will be going to the police to let them know cause this guy is crazy and when i tried to call the number back is says its a non-working number so off to the cops i go.

Wake up.  These are scammers.  Calling the Secret Service, AG, police is useless.  Why?  The name and number that appear on your caller ID is a spoof, which means they can type in anything they want.

I get calls at least 6 times a day.  They either say nothing or start with a scam.  

It got so bad, I got caller ID and now never answer my phone unless I know the caller.  And trust me, Amex and JPMorgan are not calling you unsolicited.

The ones that say that say nothing are sequentially dialling numbers to find real assigned numbers, so if you answer you get sold to others that pull scams.  

Best, if you pick up, just hang up, don't talk, explain it is not you they have the wrong number nothing.  They are expert at wheedling out a little bit of info on each call.

this is a scam...they are currently being investigated.  Turn it over to the FTC, BBB and the Police...then contact the attorney general of their state and inform them of their unfair practices and threats.  This will make them move on.  I have done this and the calls stopped
