I received the same phone call today! weird, he said his name was John Wright. 646-480-9999, then left me a voicemail to call 646-216-7545.  Had my ss number and said he was calling my supervisor and sending cops to my address. I called back P'D off and mentioned the FTC, needless to say, I haven't heard from them since. ?????

Some guy with an Indian accent calle me, said there was an investigation of some sort. I hung up and he kept calling I then turned my phone off and he finally left a voicemail saying the same that there was an investigation against me and he had the last 4 of my social security. I do believe it is from applying for a payday advance loan online,

Called saying he was from the fbi....he was very loud and rude  he also called my workplace. Next time he calls i'm having the call traced

I got home and had a message from phone # 646-480-9999.  The man had an Indian accent.  He stated he was an officer and his name was Shawn Phillips and was calling on behalf of Financial Grant Investigation.  He stated that if I did not return his call today that I along with my family members would be arrested with 3 to 5 business days.  He left a number of 347-637-6457 to call him back.  When I tried to call the 347 number it doesn't even ring there is just a long pause.  When I tried to call the 646 # it gives a busy signal.

I have been receiving threatening and harrassing phone calls from this guy at my job. My manager has told him several times as I have myself to stop calling the place of business I work for. He keeps saying hes sueing me over my SSN and he's a lawyer, yet he wont tell me the name of the business. He's a foreigner and you can barely understand him. Obviously this is a scam if all these other people on here are commenting about him.

Received call from 9999 number saying I had borrowed money and not paid it back. Never borrowed money on line from anyone. Had information on me. Threatened me. I cussed him and his supervisor back and told them they better not ever call me again. I know this is from checking out online loans which I will never do again. Going to watch my credit report closely. This is a scam!!!!!!!!! Do not give out anything that they do not already have. Watch everything closely!!!!!!!!

this dude called me with the same spanish accent, dont know who it is but if he calls back, i got some charges for his ass.

That [***] called me today and speaking some [***] bout my SSN, fool i got a low credit score, get a house and a car with that, and see you dont get [***].

My boyfriend has been getting calls as well from someone at this number, saying that he is being investegated for a loan, and receiving funds. and that they were going to contact his employer. this is a scam. My coworker just went throught the same thing and they told her she was going to be served  a warrant on her job, if she didn't pay a certain amount. these lil f%^kers are rude and will curse u out once they realize u are on to them and dnt want to talk no more. so please dnt let them get u.

Yes, this just happened to my husband this man called his job and his cell phone we keep calling the # but it is busy, the # he left for a call back is (206) 420-6675 we are trying to find out who and where this person come from we are not even from here so how he even got his info this is crazy!

This is definately a scam and I have reported them to the FBI tip line. Maybe all of you should report your experience to try and get these scam artists to stop. Here is the link below:
