I just got off the phone with them and they said that they were going to use my social security number and take money out and run with it. what do I do now.

this is definitely a scam.  I got off the phone with Patrick Jones and he said the cops would be in my driveway if I did not pay.   this is bull and someone needs too stop this mess....

I received a phone call today from the department of fraud for PayDay Cash Advance.  The heavily accented caller informed me that I would be arrested today at 5:30pm eastern time if I did not settle the debt immediately.  I could not understand the original caller's name but was transferred to a Gary Thomas.  I had heard of these scammers before so I was prepare for their rhetoric.  It is unnerving how much personal information they have.

Just received a call from these people and turned them in to the attorney gerneral, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOU INFO>

Now I got another call from the same people of 646-525-4064 but they used a different phone number so be ware! they called me from 623-889-0816, They used the same name of DEPARTMENT OF CRIME PREVENTION. I cant beleive how these slime bags get peoples identity and all their information!. They know my work number and my cell. Same guy called me too!

I have been getting calls from 646-525-4064 and they are intimidating me and threatening me that they need my attorneys phone number.  I don't even know what they are talking about, they say they are from the Dept of Crime and Prevention and have a lot of my personal information.  I am going to turn them into the authorities and the local TV station and see what help I can get for us.

I know they called me on Good Friday and i said..ummm well today is a holiday..didn't you know that..i dont think you will get a warrant today..maybe try monday.
