Your name, e-mail, and phone number somehow got on a soliciting list. The caller said they were with TradePub and wanted to send me a free gift for visiting their website ... I have never visited their website.

They hung up as soon as I answered it

I just got the same call. Clearly someone from Ireland on the other end, I could barely understand what she was telling me. Told me that they wanted to send me a white paper that would be very relevant to me as I have logged into their website and requested it. I tried to be patient and kept asking her to speak slower and asked why I would be interested in what they were offering. But when the tried again to get my email address and mentioned again that she was calling because I logged into their website, tradepub.com I told her she was mistaken. I never logged into their website. She then promptly hung up. I would suggest that you not even answer this as anyone who hangs up when confronted with the truth shouldn't be calling in the first place.

I get a call from this number once a day, almost every day.  Haven't answered it and, based on comments here, never will.

Got around 20-25 calls from these guys - twice each day. I have blocked them now. They want to send a white paper on my email ID and they have my email ID as well, no idea where they picked it up from. They would then scout for more personal information - seems very fishy. Company mentioned is Tradepub or something similar. Each time, the caller is different - could be American or international. Please be careful if you receive a similar call

This numbers has called me at least 20 times but I've never answered. Based on what I've read above, I'm going to block this # too! Thanks for the insight, everyone!

If you call back it is a voice message with UK english accent. They never answer, always voice message... Some kind of fre upgrade for something... They call themselves "TradePub".. barely can understand.

Called twice in the span of 5 minutes so I answered the second time.  Heavy accented voice states they are calling on behalf of TradePub and that as a token of appreciation for visiting their website, they wanted to send me something from Microsoft....but I cut them off and asked that they remove from their calling list...and hung up.  Phone number now blocked, but I see that they've tried calling at least 10 times over the last few days.  Never leaving a message.  More spam!!!

I just updated my MacAfee antivirus - I wonder if its connected.

This caller keeps calling and calling and leaves no message.

646-776-5835-calling asking for someone that hasn't worked here for years-all kinds of background noise-asked her how she can work in such a noisey place! She hung up! Middle eastern accent-very hard to understand-they just never quit!

3 calls over the last 4 weeks but maybe even more previously.  I do not answer unless my phone shows the name of the caller and this said it was from New York, NY.  If it were important I am sure they would have left a message on my answering machine.

I let the call go to voicemail and they left a blank message...just a hangup after about two seconds.

They call me nearly every day at about the same time.  Sometimes leaving a blank message, sometimes hanging up w/o leaving a message.  I've never answered, and based on the info presented here, never will.

have to ever tried to google what tradepub.com is? if you have not then here it is --- it in an online professional research library containing free business resources to help idiots like yourself who thinks everything they see online is a scam --- visit is for yourself TRADEPUB.COM --- we have legitamite jobs and try to provide for our families --- we work from 3PM To 1AM daily and yet you people dont appreciate receiving something FREE Via Email , really a bunch of idiots
