I just filed a formal complaint with the do not call registry complaint division concerning this number.  They have called me today alone 3 times in the last two hours.

Got a call from these people at 8:15 a.m. today.   Didn't answer, and glad I didn't, based on the other reports here.  I have enough financial problems without getting caught up in some scam about payday/auto loans.

Call from 646-918-5351 three times in the last 2 days.  I did not answer and no message left.

This phone number has called me every hour since 9am. Ridiculous!

Just got a call from them today. Didn't answer. Pretty sure they got my number off craigslist. Scammer for sure.

Got several calls from Auto Loan telling me that my Loan applied for online has been approved.  I never would and did not apply for any loan on line.  When I told the first man that I did not apply he immediatly hung up.  When I called the number back there was no answer.  Ten minutes later I called and a woman got on the phone and told me the same thing.  I asked her what kind of info she had on me and she also hung up immediately.  I reported this to the local Sheriffs department and they said no crime has been commited because no money has changed hands.  They advised me to block the number from my phone and not to worry about it.  Apparently this scam originates in N.Y. and they have been targeting people all over th country.

Calling to ask about the auto loan I applied for. ... I didn't apply for a loan.

I recently completed an online app for a job thru some online job agency, and suddenly this number called me. Most likely for an auto loan. If you are not in the market for an auto loan, maybe tey got your number from an online application of some sort.

I work for a bank in online banking fraud. One investigation lead me to a website platinumpaydayloan.com, I provided some bogus info except my internet phone number I had just set up. After submitting I recieved a call an hour later from this number. They are the only ones that I have given this number to. In the agreements online it states that the will sell you information provided on the website to third parties. Block the number if you can, if not, I suggest making a game out of it and playing around with them......waste their time, give bogus info, etc

I have gotten 10 calls in the last 2 hours.
It wakes me up starting at 7am. This is horrible harrassment.

I got a call from this number on my cell phone at 10PM last night!!! I didnt answer it and they didnt leave a message. I just called it back and they said my auto loan has been accepted. First of all, I never applied for an auto loan. This is a total SCAM. Every since I applied for a payday loan online, these people have been calling me about auto loans, school loans, credit cards...you name it!
They call from all sorts of numbers, but they are the same foreign people!

The only advise I can give is read the fine print whenever you apply for a payday loan online. 99% of the time, when you submit your info, you are also giving permission for the site to share or sell your info to other "loan" companies.
(in otherwords, give your info to scammers and allow them to call you thousands of times and flood your email account with crap)

I acted as if they called a crime scene, me as the inspector. I asked him to stay on the line as his call has been already traced back and that he was interfering with a crime investigation if he didn't cooperate. I often interrupted to give orders to my (non existing) collegues:"take a close up picture of the cadaver's face and the stab wound / mop up the blood / leave the knife in the body etc." The caller stayed on the line and I told him the deceased was a flaming queen and I wanted to know what kind of relation the he had with the victim. I finally ordered the caller to report to the nearest police station to get fingerprinted if he wants to get off the hook. I hope he ruined his pants.

I just had my local law enforcement call them ... they are really thick! I got a Sam Lawrence and they are from the Auto Loans Network. He said he is in San Diego but no street address (which was a lie). The officer told them to stop harressing me and that I better not receive any more calls. We will see if they had ay clue and understood what the officer said to them. Bunch of [***].

I received calls on my cell phone, then they just hang up.

I applied online for a loan..Naturally I had to give my ssn# as well as Texas driers license # and d.o.b..Now I'm getting calls from this # and the loan I applied for had nothing to do with this company..I just tried to call them a young man answered I told him I didn't apply for any services with this company, nor do I need any of their services..He hung up on me before I was ready to end the conversation.Obviously this is a scam, and unfortunately I am concerned because they have my info..Don't know what to do about it now..They also have the routing # and account # on my checking account..Any suggestions..?
