Caller is a automated voice asking for Norman. No clue who Norman is so I hang up.

This phone number has been calling me since last week on Wednesday. Maybe it is a debt collector related to Financial Debt Recovery Limited as (FDR). If the person calls me the next time then I will answer it.

This phone number has called me again for the 2nd time for this week. The phone number belongs to CBV Collections Limited. CBV Collections Limited is not by Sheppard Avenue East. They moved all the way in Markham. The real reason why this phone number is calling me is for my old Fido phone bill. I am not with Fido anymore. I used to be in 2012 to 2013. I cancelled the phone contract in December 2013. Fido staff refused to take my payment  for my phone bill in September 2013. The phone company wanted me to pay more. The CBV Collections Limited needs to stop calling my new phone number..

Racquel, rather than confide this information to a public forum, why not deal with this agency directly.  You have rights and protections under the law including stopping the phone calls.  Read here:
