Many creepy things happen to me after I switched to Wind/Freedom. It makes me feel Wind/Freedom somehow leaking personal info. I never got these kinds of calls from Fido before.

I get the exact same thing; doesn't,t ring through but 'callls'a couple times a week - for at least a year. I refuse to call long distance to find out WHO this is,!

This number is from this page: https://www.freedommobile.ca/my-account/support/services. It is the number we are supposed to call if we are roaming or travelling abroad. It is under "How do I check my voicemail when I'm Away or while roaming internationally?". For some reason it seems as though someone is calling us from it. I just received a call today that I did not answer.

Keeps calling. I don't answer. Left voicemail but is silent for the first 8sec so I erased.

According to Google search, this number is a SCAM to trick people into calling a number that forwards your call to a costly pay-per-minute number based overseas and asks you to "please hold for a minute ...". DON'T call it.

It's a scam,according to my google search. DON'T answer it, and don't call them back. Allegedly,  they want to trick people into thinking they're returningba local call from an individual or business within the GTA, but are connecting to a "service" that charges alot for forwarding your call to a costly pay-per-minute overseas number (owned by them) that would leave you on hold until you hang up. Plus you would get charged International Roaming Rates for the call.

A girl with heavy indian accent called regarding my 'job application for service operations representative in NY, Long Island' :-) I didn't apply for that crap and not going to call back.

This number has been calling my husband's phone number every day  multiple times even late at night and I want to find out what's all about it.

Please tell me the address of 6137001777 phone number. I am not able to trace it

Facts known:
Incoming calls are received by complainants from 647-700-1777 < this number was spoofed by third-party number owner.

Caller leaves message directing complainants to call third-party number.

Complainants call said number and get charged per minute.

647-700-1777 is Freedom/WIND and is not a part of this scam.

Rather the scammer(s) have spoofed Freedom WIND voice mail notification number.

I blocked that number but still call me every day. Contact to police !

It's look like FREEDOM/WIND'S problem, I keep receiving call from strange number since I join WIND, I will quit this service.

I don't  know  this number and it needs to stop phoning me and it's not  revenue Canada either they don't  call you .they send you a letter.
